Purchased dream truck on Mar. 15, 2023. 5000 cash down, financed 11k plus which included extended warranty. 10 days later drive shaft falls out driving on my way to work. Towed to a shop, call extended warranty company, file a claim, have to wait on warranty company inspector to come inspect. A week later he shows up, voids my warranty because the dealer didnt mark a little box that states vehicle had over sized tires at time of purchase! The dealer dod not fill out the warranty contract correctly, costing me 150 to fix drive shaft, 2 weeks later 500 dollars to fix the broken transmission, 3 and a half weeks later on my way to work the engine seized. Had oil changed before transmission broke. So 2 months later, multiple calls to the dealer, the warranty company, and the finance company, to no avail, i have lost 10 to 15 thousand in jobs i had scheduled and had to onform customers i cant get to our scheduled times to remodel, i have to continue making payments on a truck that needs a new engine totaling clise to 7500 dollars that i dont have because after owning my truck almost 5 months its a paper weight in my driveway. And everyone says call someone else or its not my fault. Its DEFINITELY not my fault and i want my truck fixed.
