    Upon completion of adding new guts to our Puronics system, we allowed them to talk us into a new salt tank with a new kind of salt for the water softener. This was a disaster and caused both myself and my husband to break out with tiny bumps ALL over our bodies. This happened slowly and over a 2 month period became excruciating to shower - it would burn the entire time you touched the water. Also during this time there was a major salt build up in our brand new dishwasher. One day after emptying the dishwasher we realized this rash was most likely coming from the new salt that Glacier Water placed in our bin. I immediately called the owner and told him about the rash but he did not seem to care and said he would come check the system but nothing changed. He said he added salt! Which only made it worse!! He sent a bill for $65 for the salt and we told him we would not pay it. They didn't say any more but sent another bill in the mail end of last year. My husband, ***** ******* , called again and told them we wouldn't pay. My husband finally turned the unit off outside and over the next month the rash and the salt build up started to settle down. I paid $750 to them on 04.04.22 to get our Puronics unit working. They sent another bill that came last week of April 2023, my husband called again and they said they would send it to collections and he told her the story again but they didn't care. I would like all our money returned as we cannot use the system and they would not own up to the issues/problems that started after the unit was in place and even made it worse on us!
