Our Nails Salon was struct by a car on November 17, 2023 our whole glass front was damage. ****** after the incident we contacted Jp general construction for their help of putting the glass up for our business. However as time passed **** the owner keep telling us that our glass has been delay coming from *****. They first promised us that they will get this done by February but keep telling us its being delay. We have put up 6000$ as a 50% down payment for the job but never got any work done for our business. **** also keep extending the city deadline to put up the glass but never put any effort in fixing the store glass. It has been 6 month since the incident that urcurs and now were feeling hopeless and hes playing with us. Please help us get this sorted out and we want the glass to be put up ASAP. We have tried everything in our power to get this contractor to do thier job but theyre not putting in effort. Were feeling desperate and financialy suffering from our business due to the lack of client and no store front. Please help us sort this out asap we dont have much time left before the city start finning us for not having the glass up.Initial Complaint

On March 31, 2023, I paid $7285.50 to JPG Construction to Replace the roof of my home that was damaged by Hurricane ***. The business committed to me that they would replace the entire roof for a total sum of $24,285.00. The inspection by Charlotte County failed three times. The fourth time it was passed with exception by County Inspector viewing it over phone. The Company NEVER fixed the problem that caused failure of inspection because they never came back to my home. My roof repeatedly leaks during rain storms to the point where it is coming thru my ceiling into my kitchen cupboards. The cupboards are starting to pull away from the wall. I have called them TEN Times. I have spoken with the man that referred the company to me. ************** is the man that referred me to JPG Construction. I have spoken with him, **** at the office and ***** the main roofing contractor. Over and over they say someone will be here to look at it. NO ONE EVER SHOWS UP.Business response

Permit is already closed and everything was done up to the codes. City inspector went to the house and the service provided was done following all the codes and regulations imposed by the county.
This is the reason the permit was closed. Client requested someone to go back there and we sent someone as per request.
