  The worst experience I have ever had at any clinic. Extremely unprofessional and callous. They should be shut down immediately for the well being of others. They also made fun of my anxiety and autism they gossip about the patients.

  I feel I was discriminated against by a supervisor and an employee I had donated once before and had a few issues then but the second time I was turned away and the reasoning was a lie and untrue

  I visited the ********* facility located on *******, on the evening of 12/15/23. I truly feel that there are major issues that need to be addressed at this facility. While waiting in line to be called into the donation center EVERYONE in line, as well as, the patrons donating witnessed *************************** have trouble drawing from a FIRST TIME donor. Coincidentally, I ended up getting **************. 2 days prior, I donated at the **********, ** location where I was mistakenly sent to the back without seeing the nurse. This was due to a bruise on my left arm. The bruise was incurred 2 days prior from the ********** location. There still appeared to be very slight bruising to my eye, therefore, I had my right arm prepared for drawing. Though ************** struggled to find my veins, she not once checked my left arm before attempting the draw which was the most painful experience of my life!!! She was lifting my veins with the needle due to struggle. Therefore, I asked for the Manager and was stunned to find out that she was the Manager. I asked for someone else to attempt another draw since ************** could not make an acception for me under the circumstances and ***** advised me of the $10 payout that I would receive for refusal of a restick. I guess **************** pride got the best of her because she went against my wishes and UNSUCCESSFULLY stuck me AGAIN! She also used the SAME needle that was used on my right arm. Overall, this was NOT a good experience and NOT a good look. Nor was the mission accomplished, sadly. Being the ********* that I am I had sympathy for her and although she lacked the ability to maintain complete self control. I followed up with the Manager, *****. To date, I had been deferred for over 1 month and received a letter accusing me of having a venereal disease. I have to be approved by their Doctors from now on. Received negative test results from my Primary Physician, as well as, CSL. I am completely appalled!

  This company is scamming clients with false advertisement. Branch managers have admitted they have no communication or organization with in the company.

  They refused to let donate claiming I donated somewhere else..I asked to see the name on the sheet that states they flat out refused .if they got any information from the place I donated they have violated my rights to privacy

  I fractured two toes at work, but I didnt need either surgery nor medication (painkillers, etc), so I didnt donate for 7 weeks, after 7 weeks Im still was wearing a boot, but Im feeling great. I did the questionnaire and I specified that I was feeling healthy and was not taking medication. After I went through the registration process I went straight in line waiting for my turn to donate. I was almost done with my donation when some of the workers came to say hi and asked me what happened to my foot, these person and everyone else did not acknowledged me or greeted me when I first came it, anyway I explained what happened and after I was finished donating the told me right there on the floor that I shouldnt have donated because of my foot. But I *** had at the moment closed to 15 people on the floor including management staff and no one noticed me?!!! So then Im the one responsible for them not dont their job properly and all the do chitchat, swear, talk load and all kind of nonsense, while were there waiting for 2 hours, 2 1/2 hours or more really? A nurse told me to go see her and she wanted to take my boot off and at that point its been already three and a half hours of my being there and I need to go, and she stated to tell me that what I did was wrong, again, I was speechless cause how can they blame it on me? When I came back a a few weeks later another nurse and this time the manager gave me the same speech, I was not happy at all because the staff should be aware of if someone is wear a orthopedic boot, they should ask the person beforehand what happened. I think I ashamed the manager and nurse so much the banned me from *** system telling me they were going lunch and investigation regarding my situation, but they didnt wanted to take my medical information, my doctors name and number for them to verify everything I had told them. I mean, Ive been donating at this place even before they got hired there. This is the *** in **********, *******.

  Before this incident in March of 2024 I had made over 31 donations to CSL plasma in *****************. On this particular donation day, a staff member/ phlebotomist had not properly inserted the needle into my arm. Because the needle was not all the way in, saline fluid started shooting out the side of my arm. Long story short the *************** permanently deferred me without really looking into the situation. This donation center had also caused my right arm to become completely black and bruised just a couple of months before this from another time a staff member did not properly insert a needle into my vein. I would avoid going here as the staff and management there have very little compassion and they take no responsibility for mistakes. I have requested for a district manager to contact me but it has been weeks and I have had no response.

  I have recently reached out to the corporate office again, and was told that a local manager would reach out to me inquiry/question I had. I have not gotten a phone call, letter, or email from the local manager.

  Need donors...I went into the location in ********** two weeks ago, sat through the long process of becoming a new donor. 6 hours later, I was able to donate. I waited two days to return to the clinic to donate again. I was told that I needed a medical history paper signed by my PCP. My Drs signed off on it, stated he had no issues with me donating,even though I had a prior history of seizures. Last one was 2009. Took medication for them from 2009 til 2020. I turned in the paperwork. Then they turned around and told me I still couldn't donate that I need my PCP to sign more medical questions. My PCP answered what was requested before and stated that was all the information he knew about my history of the seizures. Last one was 2009, way before he stated seeing me. It was just ashame they need people to donate yet they make them jump through hoops. ************* sad.

  Csl needs to be shut down all the do is s**** people out of money..i donated last Saturday and got *********************************************************************************it was 102. I went back to day and it was 102 again..has is it 102 both days. I have a blood pressure machine i checked it 3 times before i went.the highest was 96...these people are rude and unprofessional. This is the *******,** clinic..
