    7/2/2024 Requested a $75 car wash. Car washer called and told me he was going to be charging me more money for additional services. I said I did not require these services, I just wanted a car wash. Car washer hung up on me, never showed up and proceeded to take my money without providing service. Washe is providing no customer support.

    On 11/6/23, I requested someone to wash my car at my office through the Washe app as I have done many times in the past. The app showed that a washer was assigned named **************** The washer never showed up and washed my car, yet I was charged the $75.00 for the car wash. I have contacted Washe several times regarding this issue, but have never received a response. I called the phone number on their website, *************************************, ***************** and it is a scam recording. It tries to sell you a medical device. I am requesting a refund of $75.00.

    I regularly use this service but very rarely have an issue. So when i called all of their listed phone numbers on the website and realized theres no way to reach washe I was obviously a little freaked out. I called one number and its for Shutterstock. Another number was for a telemarketing service. I have tried submitting 3 emails from different sources (my phone, work computer, work phone) and they never send out. I NEED A REFUND FOR MY SERVICE. The washer went thru my personal items that had nothing to do with cleaning the car. These items were tucked away and he somehow found them..... He also did a shotty job and had to ask him to clean my floor mats in the car and other areas he didnt deem important enough to clean for the $110 service. ************** was my washer and I am beyond unhappy. I need a refund and need to know a way to communicate with the company when issues like this happen.

    I ordered a car wash for my SUV for 75 dollars. I got messages from two people coming to wash my car. I didnt understand what was happening. I dont understand why I get charged 75 twice for washing one car. Do they charge me per person? I was trying to be nice to them but I dont know why I would be charged double. I thought they were together. Over all I just want to understand what happened in my scenario and why I was charged twice for one car wash.

    On 2-12-23 I purchased a wash through the app but the app says declined and my money got taken from my bank account never received what I paid for and cant get ahold of anyone on the customer service side would like a refund or my wash that I paid for never contacted me and never showed any concern to my inquiry to the customer service team.

    *** washers are independent contractors and Washe will run in the other direction when your car is damaged. ****************** state damages must be reported within 24 hours or they will do nothing to help you. On January 6, 2023 I paid $150 and used Washe to was two cars and both were damaged by the washer. To make it worse, one was about a month old and had 500 miles. *** washer used a pressure washer instead of hand washing and cut through the decals on the cars exterior. Washe threw the terms and conditions in my face after I discovered the damage a few days later. I wont be using their services ever again and would caution everyone else to beware of this warning.

    The terms and conditions clearly state that damage needs to be reported within 24 hours in order for the investigation to be fair towards the independent contractor and client. The before and after photos on our back end did not show any damages which is the core reason we did not conduct any further investigation. There was too much time between teh wash and the report and many potential other factors that could have caused the damage especially because it was not seen on the photos.
