I saw on my Experian credit report that I took out a loan with Riverbend Cash for $1,125. I called Investigative Recovery Services and they claimed it was for $600, taken out in 2019. They claimed they spoke to me and emailed me but I never received anything and I should not have because I never took out a loan. Experian conducted an investigation and then refused to take it down from my credit report because Investigative Recovery Services claimed the information was accurate.

I received an alert on my Experian credit report January 2022 showing investigative recovery services saying I was in collections for a cash advance loan of $630 being opened October 2020. Ive never applied for a cash advance loan and Ive disputed this false report numerous times with Experian beginning January 2022 and Im constantly denied stating that this company has stated this debt is mine. Nobody has ever reached out to me from Investigative Recovery Service about collections and Im not going to pay for some fraudulent loans on my account I do not have knowledge about. What proof do this collection company have that Experian is automatically claiming its my debt? I would love to see it. I want this removed from my credit report and resolved. This company should not be able to so easily just put false information out on citizens credit reports and these credit bureaus we trust are siding with criminal scam artist companies to keep false information on credit reports. I need help removing this fraudulent information and I need to talk to a human and not some computer generated automation thats not helping me resolve this matter.

I received a notification from my Experian app that a new collection had been added. The company is Investigative Reporting Services, the original creditor is Conns, the original amount of the debt is $2,519 but the balance is listed as $2,015. The date the account shows opened is 6/4/2020 but reported to Experian on 4/4/2022. This is not my debt. There are NO Conns in my state. I never took out a loan in 2020. I have never received any documentation regarding this loan and I did research on Conns and this company. It appears they are known for such activity. I disputed this Experian (remains). How?! I am opening a second dispute with Experian explaining they need to look into this company and their false claims because they closed out my first one stating the creditor stated the debt was valid. That is UTTERLY FALSE!!! And with what proof??? Please have them remove this false debt as soon as possible!!!

Investigative Recovery Services has been using ghost numbers to call me for a year. When i answered it is always recording to call them. So i thought it was spam. Now they have posted a collectiom on my credit report. They bought an old debt from 2013. Original creditor Advance Cash. This debt was discharged in my chapter 7 bankruptcy on Feb 8 2014. I have already called them and informed them. It is illegal to pursue discharged debt and illegal to contact me and report it on my credit. I have filed a dispute with credit bureau. My bankruptcy is public record as well as visible on my credit report. I will be contacting my bankruptcy attorney as well. I want this removed from my report permanently.

Investigate Recovery Services appeared on my Experian credit report for a collections JAG940X of $944 which is the amount of two entries ($472 each) for the same collection which was supposedly opened 10/20/2020 for a payday loan from Advance Cash which I did not apply for nor did I receive any money for. It even shows payments made which I did not have any. This company is located in Margate FL based off the information on my report. I have never received any notification regarding this supposed account and cannot find a number for this place. I would like to have it removed from my Experian credit report as this has a negative affect. Not sure

The company attempts to collect a fraudulent debt. The company has filed collections for a payday loan from an entity known as Advance America. This collection appears on my credit report. After speaking with the supposed original lender and verifying my information, they confirmed that I have never been a consumer of their services, and the amount sent to collections is not even an amount that they offer as a loan. This fraudulent collection has had a deeply negative impact on my credit score.

Investigative recovery service. Posted junk payday loan on ********. I have not lived in Florida for many years. They will not remove from my credit report. They have a terrible record and have defaulted on government loans. In business two years. I am in contact with ******** and have an attorney waiting to notify Boca Raton district Attorney fraud division. They only respond to ******** saying debt is valid. They do not list a phone but I believe they have my phone number as I receive horrible harassing calls then hang ups if not willing to submit bank info for immediate payment. I hang up but this is illegal harassment for something I know nothing about. They posted on ******** and my credit crashed forty points. Please advise

This company put information on my credit report. I do not know who this company is and I have not received any information in writing from them. I called and they said they sent an email to an address that has not been valid for almost two years. I requested info on writing but have not received anything. I want this invalid debt removed from my credit report.
