On June 5,2023, BBB sent correspondence to Novatech, LTD requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints. As of July 6, 2023, Novatech LTD has not responded to BBB.
On July 26th 2024 BBB reviewed its most recent complaints and determined that the pattern continues.

I have a securities account with novitech *** I am not able to access the account I'm not allowed to withdraw the funds that I deposited none of the promises that have been made has the company of held I am considering taking them to court to suit them I'm not sure what recourse I have but I think I definitely should make this complaint so f*** you know and of course the BBBInitial Complaint

Nova ******** is a complete scammer, they stealing $32500 for me! When you try to cash out your money, they make it impossible to do with the regulations that were recently created. A business is supposed to notify you just as a bank should, of a minimum on the account in or to withdrawal. Nova tech makes i impossible to withdrawal and there is no way to contact customer service. All emails and support request have been taken off the website so that the owners cannot be found.Initial Complaint

This is an investment platform that stopped honoring withdrawals and all communication in March 2023. Suspected Ponzi scheme. They have reportedly absconded with 2 billion of investor dollars.My initial "investment" was $500.00. It was during the ***** error. I would have to back check bank statements to show proof.My email is in kind to an unfortunate scam that I was a victim of. I recently went to check in on my investment, to only identify that the website was down (*********************************************). Although my investment was only $500.00. My online profile, Ive seen my portfolio grow and grow. However, each time I tried to withdraw any funds, I was never permitted or allowed to do so. Since my list visit to the site and hit the roadblock, I knew I was duped. Upon a little investigating, I came across this news article: **************************************************************************************************************************************************************** and this one ****************************************************************************************************************************** Not sure what the status is, but would love to be part of a legal matter for restitution.Initial Complaint

On March 4, 2023 I had opened an account with ********************** to begin investing in coin based currency. On this day I put down $5,000 in person to one of NovaTech CEO in **********. I referred to NovaTech by a friend. I was expecting to be paid every week from my investment. From the above date to April 2023 I got paid according to the market. Since May 2023, weekly payments decreased from $0.03-$0.05. I noticed NovaTech completely disappeared in January 2024 and theres no way for me to check with the last payment was, the login page is no longer available. This company promised 3% weekly returns. I put in $9700 and sitting in my inaccessible account right now is $11,100. They will not give me or thousands of others our money. This is a investment platform. For 3-4 years it was returning well and paying the investors out just fine, but in March of 2023 they stopped all withdrawals and communication.
