On July 26th 2024 BBB reviewed its most recent complaints and determined that the pattern continues.

In February of 2023 I put in a withdrawal with this company from my trading account. Right before my withdrawal was to be processed the company stopped withdrawals and implemented a new policy where you could only withdraw 10% of your balance. I couldn't withdraw once the new policy was implemented. I waited until my account got up to enough where I could withdraw again. In October I went to withdraw again and after 4 weeks of waiting I reached out to the customer service that was on the website. It was no longer available. I put in a request to close my account and never heard anything back. Come to find out the website was no longer active and It was a new website available. I created an account on the new website only to be told you have to deposit ****** into a trading account in order to recover your old balance. That once you paid the ****** your old balance would be recovered and the total balance would be available for immediate withdrawal. So on December 14,2023 I put in my witdrwal request after my account was covered. The company stated that something was wrong with the coinbase platform and withdrawals would resume as soon as the problem was resolved. Waited for the issue to be resolved and withdrawals to resume. On December 20th, 2023 the company stated that the problem had been fixed and withdrawals would start back up. After waiting 3 weeks I requested my withdrawal be canceled and changed my bitcoin address. I put in another withdrawal request on 12/29/2023. I am still waiting on this to be processed. I have spoken with customer service through their chat option multiple times and keep getting my withdrawal will be processed shortly. The company does not have any problems receiving funds only releasing them. I just want my funds released so I can go on about my life.Initial Complaint

I have been invested withthis company for over a year now. I asked to get my money out of this situation because I was not receiving any weekly installments into this account. When I asked ****** to refund me he cursed me out and blocked me from his phone. I have been trying to request withdrawal for the monies I have in this account and it wont let me even put in a request form.Initial Complaint

I have invested about ****** into the company NovaTech. I have been investing my money with them since ********************************************************** October as well as November. Each attempt has been unsuccessful and I am growing increasingly worried as I have heard many mentions of the company never giving customers their money back. I have reached out to the company and haven't heard anything back. I have an account with ********************** **** I have been trying to close the account and withdraw the funds. The website does not allow me due to the amount, I have attempted to email them to two different email addresses, however the email come back undeliverable and I cannot find a contact telephone number to reach them. This company will not allow me to withdraw money invested into the account. They have not replied to any of my emails and they do not have a phone number.
