  If I could give zero I would. This company is sub par at best the matches are so far off its ridiculous and a waste of peoples time and money I have 3 dates left and told them to keep them. Im done. Horrible horrible horrible.*****************************

  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! I signed up for this service 5 years ago for 8 matches * went on a few dates * nothing really stuck. I eventually learned that the service I originally purchased, was obtained by Gold Coast and they kept me on as a "curtesy" .... Great fresh new opportunity, right?? WRONG * This place is a joke. You call and speak with someone about a match, they review them, too far away* you decline... then no calls for another until months later, again review the match * not Christian * decline. Another 6 months go by, another match * Great! Does not want kids..... and 5 years later still nothing! Only 1 of them was decent * which I received from the original service, however the matched man lied. I wanted children and they did NOT. Whether it was Height, age, location, religion, or children * something was always missing! I went on a few more dates, however NONE matched my requested criteria* but thought "what do I have to lose" * They were a NO and I should have listened to my gut and declined. I relocated to *******, due to my company requiring employees to being back in the office after COVID, and wanted my account relocated ** so I could continue on my pursuit to finding my person.... Come to find out there would be an additional fee for that .... to move my record to a new town, seriously??? The office that I was working with was in *****, I was in ********* * Why an additional fee ON TOP OF THE $6K I already paid???????Overall * They do not listen to your wants/ desires for your match. They do not REALLY care about you. It's about getting your money and then dragging their feet * no sense of urgency at all.... they throw candidates against a wall to see who sticks!! And if you do decide to decline the provided Match, they take that one away from you too. PLEASE * DO NOT SIGN UP * Ladies and Gents * They are masterful scam artists. They get your hopes up and let you down in the end!!! What a total waste of Money!!!!!!

  This company is a fraudulent company. When you go in for an interview they make it seem like they are an elite service and promise to provide a service for the large amount of money that you are going to pay them. With the way that they market the service they ensure that you sign up for the service while you are in the interview and that if you leave you cannot get the service. They are a matchmaking service that does not provide matches and therefore are taking your money and are fraudulent. There have been many complaints within the community that they have done this numerous times. Consumers have called their banks to get a dispute but what Gold Coast matchmaking does is they will hold out on calling the bank back until the dispute time is over and make up a lie so the consumer can not receive a refund for the fraudulent services that they are providing. This needs to be stopped. There are so many consumers that are left unhappy and out of thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and this company needs to be shut down. Please shut down this company. They are hurting consumers lying to them, and not providing a service that is near and dear to peoples hearts as people want to fall in love. Once again this is a fraudulent service and all the money that they take from their consumer should be refunded. They dont set their members up on dates and they hold out on the banks disputes until the bank refund the money back to their clients.

  Shortly after paying $5999.00 for a quality service with high quality men did I realize that was going to be the furthest from the truth. Within one week with the experience I had with their match and their customer service I knew this company was a joke and asked for my money right away to no avail. I have called numerous times and can not reach anyone. When I actually can get a hold of someone I get passed around with no management call back. I tried reversing the charges and they were reversed back. There is no professionalism and it is terrible that this company takes advantage of people like this. I did not use their service, they used me, and within a weeks time and 1 terrible match I should have been refunded with no problem. Instead this has turned into a time consuming headache.

  We are surprised by your claims, *******. Your matchmaker provided your first introduction 3 business days after you enrolled. They also reached out to you on multiple occasions to acquire feedback from you. The manager personally spoke with you on October 10, 2022, then called you and left a message for you on October 27 and November 3. We are doing everything we can to attempt to assist you. We would like to remind you that you've only received one introduction since enrolling and it takes time for us to learn about you through this process. We encourage patience along this journey. We will try reaching out to you again to discuss your concerns further.

  This is the worst example of over selling and under performing at every level a very personal and emotional experience. Promised they could find plenty of women who meet my criteria in fact had 700 new members a month joining. 1st date woman stood me up twice then lied about it. 2nd date met for a drink of water and spent a month for her to just dissapear after she agreed to date. 3rd date never met and was the end with a woman no where near what I want and then lied again about dating. After 4 months I realized it is all a scam. Can't see pictures. Can't ask clients for references. And most importantly no "high end" talent to date as promised. They refuse to refund and say oh it just takes time.....ya and my money!

Specifically for age and require a match with a woman 20 years younger than yourself. We have done our best to accommodate that requirement but cannot guarantee that our women are comfortable with that age difference. We match based on compatibility, values, and lifestyle, not just age.   I wish I had come here before signing up :(. I was given a great presentation and felt cautiously optimistic. It was a little pressuring being told I had to make a decision on the spot or would not have the opportunity to come back. I agreed to a pretty pricey trial period and left feeling hesitant, a little pressured but still cautiously optimistic. I went home, set up my profile exactly as instructed and tried to embrace this process with excitement. A few days later I started receiving emails that somewhat contradicted what I was told in the office. I received calls from a matchmaker who wanted to end calls abruptly. A few days later I was involved in a bad car accident. I wrote back to inquire about a refund and agreed to pay for the cost of the background check as thats all that was completed just 5 business days into my sign on. The matchmaker called back to tell me that a refund wasnt possible and that my account would be put on hold. I let her know that Im experiencing anxiety, pain and am not in good shape to focus on this and just want a refund. No compassion, or understanding for myself or the unlucky person who would be paired with me after suffering injuries. Im hesitant about the offered **** as the contract clearly states it maxes out at 6 months and God only knows how long Ill be recovering. This felt a little off from the beginning and I really wish Id followed my instinct instead of being impulsive. Go with your gut on this one!
