Myself and my daughter have been patients of the same dental office in ************, ** for close to 10 years and Sage Dental recently took over. Today was the first appointment for my daughter since that change and I am 150% disappointed. In addition to my 13 year old, I have a 2 year old that I had to bring with me. I am disabled and also currently in a boot due to an injury. I do the best I can to keep up with my toddler, but it is difficult right now. In the past it has never been an issue. This time, however, I did. My toddler unfortunately opened the door on her own to the back, before I could grab her and stop her. As quick as I could I was through the door and grabbed her and told that I needed to keep her from the back due to other clients (which I respect). I responded with I am sorry I got to her as quick as I could, I am having issues since I am in the boot. I was then told to make sure the door was closed, to which I responded that it was and she could open the door on her own, I just couldn't grab her in time. At that point, one of the receptionists said something under her breath to the effect of if you can't control your kid you should bring her or have her. I am not 100% certain of the exact words because I was immediately livid. I am struggling as a ************ as it is and I have never been disrespected in that manner due to struggling to keep up with my toddler. It was maintained afterword by everyone in the office that she never said anything, but my mom heard it as well. I ended up sitting outside in 100+ degree weather with my 2 year old until it started to rain and I decided I had no choice but to go back inside. I will admit that in my anger I slammed out the door, but I was livid that someone treated me that way and didn't even have the nerve to admit it.

I am seeking a full refund after a bridge was incorrectly billed for in 04/2024 for *******. We are now in almost 09/2024 and services have still not been rendered. Instead, the dentist that originally took care of me is no longer there and the new dentist was shocked by the mistreatment and misdiagnosis of the problem. I need the CEO or some **************** director to contact me as soon as possible to resolve this. This is pure malpractice and I will be seeking legal action if this is not handled.

After my dentist retired I went to the Sage Dental office in Ocala, Florida. I was quite surprised to be given a $14,181.00 treatment plan at the conclusion of my first visit. This treatment plan seemed extremely excessive to me. I made the decision to see another dentist for a second opinion and filled out Sage Dental’s request form to have my X-rays emailed to the other dentist. After waiting three weeks I returned to the office to see why they had not been forwarded and was told they had no paperwork regarding same. I filled out a second request and asked that the X-rays be sent as soon as possible at which time I was told that legally Sage Dental had thirty days to do so. My first appointment was over two and one-half months ago and my new dentist still has received no X-rays from Sage The second dental office took new X-rays and did an exam and cleaning. No further work is needed at this time. It makes me angry that I had to pay twice for X-rays that Sage should have forwarded to my new dentist. I feel the treatment plan was a scare tactic to make me have unnecessary, expensive dental work. Jane Larson

I had my teeth removed to have permanent ones in. They gave me dentures , adsaid I had to wait 6 months for permanent ones.In the mean tie the bottom dentures keep falling out . They adjust them once and will not return my phone calls. I want them to fix either my bottom dentures or put the permanent ones now.

I want to share my experience at the Downtown Fort Lauderdale location. They consistently push unnecessary products and procedures and are dismissive about basic, insurance-covered services. Before even discussing my needs, they demanded $249 for a "maintenance" cleaning. I will not be returning and will find another provider.

Horrid liars. Hooked in. I waited 30+ days for my "free" services/items only to be called 1 hour before my appointment telling me my insurance, Delta Dental, is out of network!!! I was assured they accepted it when I made the appointment. No one has ever turned it away. Liars. And I need teeth pulled & dentures. Lost a BIG customer with me.

At Sage Dental office, in *********, *******, I have my paradental cleaning there and believe that I am being over charged. I have to pay an out-of-pocket charge and my insurance does not require that. I have two insurance company dental insurance companies. Cigna and United Health. They told me that it is not Sage Dental's policy to charge to my primary first, and what they do not cover, send to my secondary. One of the employees told me that they will not use ****************** because they have poor dental coverage and will only pay for emergency situations. I disagree. I have read reviews regarding **** and each one complain about being overcharged. I have talked to a representative at ************ and have been told that their charges are unusual and out of the ordinary. I can supply dental claims from Sage Dental for last year and this year. July 17th, I had a paradental cleaning July 16th, and was charged $137 out of pocket charge for $216 charge for paradental cleaning. Each time the charges are different. The hygienist told me that I would owe $137 and when I got to the counter to pay, I was told my charge was $147. I will stop going to them. From the beginning, I felt something wasn't right about the way they do business. Each employee had a different story.

It should be a -0.Disfigurement or cosmetic injury Case description: Very simple, My name is ******************************* and I went in to sage dental office to see a specialist. Once I had exam I was told that I had to have a release from my doctor to have (2) root canals done, so I did that. Can't really tell you what happened because I am not a professional, but they broke off the teeth and they broke off whatever it was supposed to hold my permanent teeth. I always thought the dentist is use a pen but they didn't use any pins and I don't know the tooth just fell out the doctor tried to say that this happened that happened and I told I correct her I said no and we went over it she looked at her notes and saw that I was right and they were wrong they brought me into the office and told me they pretty much cannot fix the damage that they did but if they do they need to sit down with me to tell me how much is going to cost me but there is the problem my insurance paid $2,000 and I had to get a loan for another $1,000. Everyone knows that the root canal is very painful. There was three different doctors who's working on this root canal and they had a new assistant who put in my temporary teeth sideways then when I came back to the office to have them to put the permanent one in when the lady pulled out the temporary tooth it broke off it must have broke something in there because they were not able to put in my permanent tooth. so now I have two missing teeth that had root canals in the front of my mouth, that they cannot fix. And if that wasn't enough she pulled three more teeth out of my mouth trying to fix the mess that she made but she made a bigger mess it didn't fix and the temporary that they gave me partial it begin to make me throw up there's some type of chemical in that thing I can't wear them and we haven't even mentioned about the bone that they left hanging out of my mouth on the other side of it the skin has grown over it but now I can feel it the ***********
