    Placed an online order on 3/12/2024 for bed frames to be used in a motel we purchased at the ************. The order was confirmed and paid for using our credit card. We requested the frames be shipped for our grand opening on 5/3/2024; when that did not take place we asked to cancel the order and refund the credit card. No response to emails. Phone number on website does not connect to the business. Filed a claim with ***************** on 6/10/2024. No response to that claim as of the date of this complaint.

    I ordered a couch with insurance protection. The couch was about $2,000 and the insurance was $250. I am looking to get replacement parts under the insurance and cannot get in touch with the company in any way. Email doesnt exist and phone is shut down

    I purchased a furniture item from HomeThreads and I was charged up front on my credit card in December 2024. The delivery date was pushed back several times. I asked at that time if I could be charged only when the item shipped. I was offered a refund and cancellation of order but I wanted the item so I elected to wait. Now, I am not getting any response from the company despite emailing and messaging them on instagram. My ********** cant reverse the charge. The phone number for the company immediately hangs up. I paid about $600 for this item.

    Purchased a table and cancelled immediately after reading reviews. I rejected delivery and never even saw the item as it was shipped back to owner. The business owner declined cancellation, return or refund. Had to work through with my bank. Terrible, stay away.

    Purchase Date Sept 18, 2023 Never received a rug I ordered. Have called multiple times and the phone has been down. Emailed several times with no response.

    On 2/13/24 I ordered a coffee table from HomeThreads using their online website for $283.22. The receipt said it would be an estimated delivery of 2/27/24, so around mid March I called to inquire why the table hadn't been shipped and the representative said that the manufacturer was experiencing delays so I wouldn't receive it til end of March. End of March passed, still hadn't received the coffee table, so I sent an email to ******************** on 4/17/24 to their customer service asking where my table was. No one ever responded my email. When I called their number on the receipt it was no one answered. I sent another email 6/29 and that one was never responded. It seems like HomeThreads has stolen my $283.22 because I haven't heard anything back from them by email and their telephone number is disconnected.

    I have a $250 gift certificate and was not able to use it because everything in their website stated out of stock for the better part of the last year! Trust me. I continued to check! Are they issuing refunds for people in instances like this?

    I placed an order for a set of wall art and a console table on March 10, 2024 and I received the console table, but never received the wall art. I contacted them via phone and email for weeks with no response or call back. I contacted the payment processing company and they sided with the merchant although I provided proof that I never received part of my order. I am out of $777.14 and I really feel as though I was scammed. This company knew they were not going to fill these orders and continued to accept orders from people. This is a deceptive business practice. Not I have received a Notice of Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors and Deadline for Submitting Claims.

    I ordered 4 chairs and one of the chairs was the wrong color. I have been trying to resolve the issue via email with photos of the wrong chair and original packaging it came in. It has been months trying to get an answer from the business. I tried to call but the number did not go through. They have charged my account and have yet to resolve the issue. *** also tried contacting them through social media.
