    A total *** ***. I ordered 4 counter stools back in March of this year. They arrived damaged so I began attempting to return them. Again, that was in March...it is now July. Their customer service # disonnects as soon as it rings. There were two emails they responded to, showing them the damage. Then they went quiet and dark! I am a 80 year old widow, living on a fixed income. This is painful and stressful. I'm not sure if I have any options/remedies. Please advise if you have a viable idea. Thx!

    Looks like I have had the same experience as others but ordered a coffee table more than 6 months ago and have never received it. I was successful in getting a hold of customer service once via email a few months ago who let my know the order should ship by the end of the month but havent been able to contact them since. Their email phone and website all seem to be shut down. Do not order from them.

    I placed an order 6 months ago, order still says pending. I have tried to get ahold of someone for months, no one will respond to a email. The phone number doesnt work. Ive tried to get in contact on every social media site and nothing. Do Not let them scam you! Do Not buy from this company.

    I ordered a chair in Feb 2024. Paid for it in full. Never got a confirmation. Never got an email with any information. Never got my chair. Zero contact. This company is a scam. I left many messages and they say on the automated recorder someone will get back to you and no one does. Ive left emails. I just wanted my chair since I paid almost *************************************************** chair nothing. They stole my money. The last email I said to just credit my account and nothing. Do not order from them. They are scammers who steal your money and dont deliver or credit you for not receiving the item you purchased. Horrible

    They are basically bankrupt. We were a vendor that supplied them. They owe us $40k and now in collections. The new owner drove the business into the ground. You will most likely not get any restitution with them.

    I purchased a double vanity and it was delivered very damaged. Homethreads confirmed that they would replace the vanity. The replacement vanity was picked up by the shipper and now sits at the shippers location and the shipper will not deliver. They said all Homethread deliveries are on hold by Homethreads and I should contact Homethreads. Homethreads will not answer the phone (I call everyday ) and the phone lines seem disconnected. So now I paid over $2000.00 dollars and have no item. the shipping company is trying very hard to get Homethreads to respond to them as well.

    I placed an order February 21st for a recliner and other than the initial confirmation I have heard nothing. I have tried calling and sending emails but can't get through. I am furious and heartbroken. I saved for this piece of furniture which was supposed to be for my boyfriend's birthday. Now I have nothing!

    As apparently everyone else here, I placed an order in February for a couch I had been searching all over for. I was so excited and even did an affirm loan so I could improve my credit as well as get my dream couch. Ive called, emailed, texted. No response. I understand back orders and bottlenecks but you would think a business would at least communicate that to their customers. Im an assistant manager in customer service and I would never let this many people go without word. Give me an update ASAP or cancel my affirm payments so I can spend my money elsewhere. Order number #******

    Something is very shady going on with this company and you can tell from all the reviews. I placed an order in December of 2023 and have yet to receive it. They charged my credit card right away before ever trying to ship the item first. Amazon does not even charge your card until they shipped the item and you have a tracking number. The items are very small and not like a big item as a sofa or vanity. In the beginning I would contact customer service to get the status on when my order was going to be shipped and they would always tell me via email and phone it would be a month out. The last time I was able to get a hold of HomeThreadss customer service was in March of 2024 and they told me in the beginning of April I would receive the item. We are now into late April and you cant reach anyone at HomeThreads via phone, email or from their website. You call during business hours and you get a message that you reached them outside of business hours and they will return your call in 90 minutes, but you never return your call. Send emails and you no longer get a reply email. It looks like from some of the reviews listed below they were telling people in the beginning of the year and last year that they are having warehouse issues and they are behind shipments, now they are not saying anything. Makes me believe maybe there really is not a warehouse for HomeThreads and they take your money and they dont have any supplies at all? Maybe it is just a big scam to get peoples money? If they are truly behind, why not hire more employees to help fulfil orders? Why are you not longer able to reach them via phone or email? Maybe reduce the new CEO and owner ************************* from ***********, ** salary to help hire more employees or maybe he should roll up his sleeves and help?
