  I received a quote from Mission Select Insurance through Nsure. I looked Mission Select up and they are permanently closed no way they sent Nsure a quote from my home insurance. Nsure is a ****.

  My mortgage company paid a renewal on my Insurance policy through Nsure before I approved it. I got a better quote on my policy because something fishy happened and all my policy values were upped without consent. My mortgage company sent in the revised quote before the renewal date and NSURE never signed and returned the updated document back to my insurance company so they can give me a refund on the difference. Like all the others who have complained before me, the exact thing has happened. I've spent hours of being on hold, only to be told someone has to call me back with no return call. I'm going on 5 weeks and I have no idea how I go about actually talking to someone about getting the money they owe me. I can't imagine filling a claim with these guys, and hurricane season is starting....

  The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We used this insurance agency for our home and auto insurance. We were affected by hurricane ian, We cannot get anyone to respond to us. It is impossible to talk to someone and they never return phone calls. As an example, I gave my home insurance renewal information (electronic debit) directly to the agent. I received a message that my premium had not been paid. I tried calling and was unable to reach anyone, I requested a call back and it never happened. I went directly to the insurance company's website and paid it there. I still havent heard from Nsure after leaving numerous messages. The last time I called I waited 2 hours for someone to answer my call. I finally hung up. They also refuse to sign the "Assignment of Benefits" form required to get our SBA loan to rebuild our home. All of our other agents have signed this form which is standard. They are holding up our SBA loan because they refuse to sign. I have requested a new agent from my insurance company. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Now I am stuck because I cannot get insurance anywhere else due to the hurricane. We can't get our SBA loan because they refuse to sign the required documents.

  They seem to not care about the customers and you could spend a year trying to speak to agent because they will put you on hold and pass you to another person and another person in another person and another person and you can go several days and hours and weeks and never speak to a agent for any problem that you have.

  The agents/representatives are incompetent. They did not provide any support when they made a mistake (same one twice) which has resulted in a big mess. They do not return calls or honor appointments. They never apologize when they are wrong and do nothing to assist. Stay away from them.

  I could not be more frustrated and angry by the lack of customer service and the bait and switch scams that I have experienced purchasing a policy from Nsure. I was quoted and selected a policy. By the time I went to purchase the policy and create my account with the insurance company that I went with, I noticed after paying that my Coverages were dramatically reduced, SUBSTANTIALLY. I spoke with ******** who sold me the policy and was assured all was ok and that I would be contacted with the revised documents. This never happened. I called again and spoke with ********, *******, *******- all on separate days vowing to get to the bottom of the "error" and contact me back. None of them bothered to call back when they promised they would. Each time you call you speak with an admin that you explain the whole scenario to just to be transferred to a licensed agent that is fully unable to do anything except let you know that they will be contacting the insurance company to correct the "mistake" and will be contacting you, "tomorrow" Phrases that are repeated over and over after waiting on hold over 2 hours! God forbid something actually happens where you need these people with a claim in an emergency- do not count on them to assist or answer. Finally someone from NSURE suggested calling the insurance company directly only to be told that they didn't sell the policy so they cannot assist on any changes but also confirming that NSURE was the one to select and offer underwriting the initial ask of what was then bound. As previously stated I could not be more frustrated by the total failure and waste of time it was been to ever contact or try and work with NSURE. I will be filing a claim with the state department of insurance as this bait and switch scam to me is fraud when you are told something, shown your approved quote in writing that you had to approve and then after paying are scammed into lesser coverage. This has to be a scam. also scammed an auto policy

  Part of the process of getting a quote required I provide who is my current insurer was. Then nsure took over my account and put their contact information in my profile which overwrote my mobile # and email address. This action kept me from getting documents, notices, payment due notifications.
