    9/25 I called a number believed to be Anthem and we discussed renewing my Anthem plan not once was I told this was not Anthem and never did they tell me they mention they were this innovative company it wasnt until it came across my bank statement as innovative health did i begin to question it. This supposed plan they are charging me for is not only a lie and not Anthem but it covers nothing. Im now stuck without health insurance because these people took my money, I attempted to call and constantly had horrible attitudes hang up on me. The last person I spoke to finally told me I wasnt allowed to do anything my wife had to request it, I put her on the phone and this person continued talking to my wife like she was mean claiming she was lying about who she was. I never thought I would be one to be scammed but ill admit I never saw this one coming.

    Innovative Partners takes Partner complaints and concerns seriously. Unfortunately it seems that the Partner is misinformed about plan benefits and details or did not review the plan details made available to the Partner prior to enrollment. This particular Partner enrolled in Innovative Partners Health Benefit Plan. This is a limited medical health benefit plan sponsored by Innovative Partners, LP. Please keep in mind that this Plan is not designed to be a major medical policy/plan nor is it designed to replace a major medical policy and has certain limitations and exclusions. The plan provides for network benefits and discounts including prescription discount benefits.A full summary of plan benefits was provided to the Partner before, and after enrollment and is permanently available to the Partner through the Partner Portal. This document provides a detailed schedule of hospital and medical benefits, network information, claim information and much more. For avoidance of doubt the BBB and Partner have been provided with a copy of the exact medical benefits document that was provided to the Partner.

    In reviewing the customer service interactions ********************************************* sees limited interactions with the Partner at the corporate office. Unfortunately, we are not privy to the customer's conversation with the marketing/lead company they spoke with, the enrolling company or the individual they spoke with at the time of enrollment but we regret any frustration the Partner had during the cancellation process. for avoidance of doubt, the policy has been canceled as requested and a full refund issued, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to see a refund, this is not the first time I was told I would receive my money back its actually the third within the past month. I did allow for a couple of days before replying, I also spoke with my bank. There is no refund and the company is still a scam

    August 2 I research affordable care act/obamacare for health insurance I called what I thought was the market place, I spent an hour asking questions about coverage (labs, cats ams,X-rays, hospitals, family counseling etc) he answered yes to all my questions and he told me he had the perfect policy for me, the enrollment cost was $50+$192.90 a month I sign up for it, I gave him my information and my debit card, I got the insurance card I went to my primary doctor, she requested a lot of exams, before I did them I found out they didnt cover anythingit was a scam all lies I called the insurance in August took me over an hour on the phone on hold and being transferred and I canceled the policy I asked them to send me a document confirming the cancelation I never got anything, since then they have tried to take money of my account 4 times.     This is a hacker related insurance fraud scam that began when I contacted the 800 Mi Health number. The person who answered my call, I now realize, pretended we had been disconnected and called me back from this number: (*************. I had been calling the marketplace in good faith to attempt to resolve ANOTHER fraud issue. I told this man my story, and that I am a woman of abuse who has been divorced in Nov 2023. I was granted **** ******** through ******** Michigan. I thought I had been speaking to a marketplace ***** fully and legitimately allowed to help me rid myself of a marketplace third party attempt to list themselves as my primary insurance. This fraudulent agency, had been listing themselves as my primary insurance, thus requiring my doctors billing to bill them $720 vs billing my DHHS ********. The fraudulent hacker who called me on my cell pretended to be a healthcare dot *** ***** and proceeded to mislead me into making a payment for what I believed would be one of two payments intended to pay off Ambetter. He said he would enroll me with an agency that made those types of payments on my behalf and that, unfortunately, I could only make two payments vs one. I have since learned that this man enrolled me in a fraudulent insurance scam known as Innovative Partners, LLC, aka *************. I spoke with an ***** from Innovative Health on Thursday, August 29 and pleaded with her to immediately return my $412 already paid and not to take the remaining payment on 9/20 and to not continue taking payments from my account each month in the amount of $200. I told her everything. She refused and said the only way to cancel was to pay the full $720 first. She said she would submit a request for an emergency cancel/refund and I would hear back w/in 24 hours. I heard nothing. I want an immediate refund of EVERYTHING NO further w/ds from my account from ************, Marpai, or *******. ********. Fraud has been reported to Mich ***

    To provide clarification. I honestly have no idea WHO I did business with. This is the exact reason I suspect fraud. The return address says *********************************** 55121-0112. 
    The body of the letter is from Innovative Partners of **************************************************. I want my money returned in full. Innovative Partners is supposed to take another payment out of my checking account tomorrow 9/20, despite my attempts to ask them to cancel.

    Innovative Partners is disillusioned with the Partner's claims in the initial complaint as Innovative Partners has no record of any interaction with the Partner at our corporate office. Per the Partner's own admission "To provide clarification. I honestly have no idea WHO I did business with."; it is likely that the Partner's issues relate to the enrolling company they spoke with; further more Innovative Partners is not the same company as Innovative Partners LLC. For avoidance of doubt all submitted enrollments for this Partner have been terminated and any payments returned effective immediately.

    I just singed up September 23. 2024 with Innovative Partners through the State of ******************************** Healthcare and I was informed by *** ***** at ************** that I would only have to pay for 2 months of **************** and the Government would pay for 10 months. This should raise some red flags, because this program doesn't exist.Placed this on my Credit Card. Now after reading all the complaints about Innovative I am very concerned that I will be charged for 12 months. Also the plan was supposed to be a standalone PPO with ********************* explained to me that President ***** had signed this into law in July 2024 and the independent insurance agents I have spoken to have no knowledge.Also Innovative has added the additional services on my plan and I don't need these additional services, because I have my medical elsewhere.     I started with innovative partners for health insurance back in November. I signed up through the marketplace for health insurance and insurance. From the beginning, I had issues with the company, including:-never receiving a health insurance card after requesting it twice -Calling in and put on hold for over a half an hour -Instead of dental insurance, the *** signed me up for this member and accidental death insurance that I have paid for for nine months and they will not offer any solution to provide a refund to me. When I went to use my dental insurance, I dont have it and have to incur additional costs -They do not make it clear how to cancel the insurance. After being on the phone and hold for over an hour, I requested cancellation and it was not canceled so I sent an email and still was not canceled and was charged the next day.I would like a refund for the charges for insurance since I requested cancellation and was not given it, and I am also seeking a refund for the nine months of coverage for death and dismemberment that I did not sign up for.

    I bought a plan with Innovative Partners under a fraud representation of a so called insurance agent. the plan looked nothing like what i was told i was buying. the plan also came with a one month money back guarantee, for cancelation within 30 days. i cancelled the plan as soon as i review the details and as soon as it become apparent that the plan had nothing to do with what i was told i was buying. despite processing the cancelation and having email saying it was canceled Innovative Partners failoed to issue any refund as per their own contract.I can provide email proof upon request.

    I was without insurance and this company came up and the woman I spoke with made it sound like a one time payment of ****** and I'd be signed up. I wanted to cancel and tried 4 times to get MY money back to no avail. ******************

There is no money to refund to this Partner as they are not an active Partner and never have been enrolled with Innovative Partners nor has there ever been any funds deducted from their accounts.

    On 8/30/24 I obtained health insurance from this provider being an outfit out of ***** with excellent premium health coverage for seniors. Fell into their trap and paid $383.92 for premium. Acct no ******* was issued and card received 2 weeks later. Provided referral to sister and found that company was not licensed in ********** and further that it was under investigation by ***. I called my bank 09/19/24 and asked to cancel any future withdrawal and to begin a tefund claim. Today, 9/20/24 I called Innovative **************** provided my account no ********* and asked to stop my consent for any future payment. Was told that I needed to call a different number. I informed the lady that since I was being recorded that I did not want to get the run around and wanted my consent revoked and a refund.. Response was ..since you are recording me against my approval I am going to stop this call and hung up the phone. Please black list these scammers and prevent them from doing similar scams on other people.

    When I was first offered the chance to have this insurance I was told by the agent that this medical insurance plan would cover everything, including surgeries, in patient and out patient, x-rays, ER Visit, and other high charge medical problems. I need a surgery on my foot to put a s**** in to help a bone fuse back and heal and I called them to get authorization for that surgery. The agent told me my plan doesn't cover surgeries and that I could pay $50 more dollars for some coverage for the surgery but I would still have to pay out of pocket for it. I am frustrated to have spent all that money for a plan that doesn't cover anything important when it comes to medical problems.

No issues with my insurance, used the supposed ******** money I paid to enroll my daughter in their insurance that I do not want. Never used it never will. This happened 8/27/24. Tried getting refund and they took more money. They are lying thieves.
