Was told I was buying I beam buildings but that was not the case. They had me esign to get my buildings done and delivered to me quickly. That didnt happen. Delivery was about 3 months after I was told they would be delivered. I guess Im so naive that I just trusted what they told me would be accurate but absolutely not I was so looking forward to getting delivered what I was told but I feel like I was cheated badly. I agreed to complete buildings from the start but in the paperwork they had me esign I agreed to the cheap galvanized frame building package that I got (x3). I regret ever picking up the phone to speak to them. I let the salesman know from the start I wanted red iron buildings and was told it was the exact same thing just galvanized. Such liars. After refusing delivery because they were not what I was told I was buying I started reading more fine print. Basically I agreed to accept these cheaply produced building packages that resemble cheap carports. So it was pay and have them ship building back to me or risk paying for nothing. Companies attorney told me I would only be charged additional for the transportation and again that was not true because they charged me for storage for the building to sit out in a field.i was told that by the driver. When the buildings came back parts of the metal were *****. I guess I resigned that I would accept that too. I complained but it did no good. I was cheated ! Please dont get cheated too. I am embarrassed that I fell into this. Please beware. Do not esign anything.

****************: it seems you are deliberately leaving multiple reviews (three to-date) that deal with your order. First, there was nothing untruthful related to your order. SCC has every order processed through our processing department so that the salesman is not a part of that conversation and to make certain the building indicated on the Purchase Order is the one that you ordered. When the Purchase Order was sent via DocuSign, one of SCCs processing agents went over the Purchase Order with you in detail verifying: (a) your contact information; (b) erection location; (c) dimensions of the building; (d) building frame type; (e)openings; (f) estimated delivery date; (g) accessories, if any; (h) purchase price and payment information; (i) along with a host of other information,including the process by which your building goes from purchase through final fabrication and delivery. During the call with processing, you were informed that the building was a hybrid c-channel I-beam building as identified on the Purchase Order. Thereafter, you were sent a Welcome Kit that enclosed preliminary engineering plans, among other documents. You then worked with your assigned Project Manager to go over the finer details of your building which all led up to your receipt of the final, stamped engineering blueprints that identified with precision the building that you received. At no time during this entire process did you ever have a complaint or make mention of any inaccuracies with the building. It is unfair to post a review after you received your building to now claim that you purchased a higher quality building (Rigid Frame) that costs significantly more money than the building you purchased. You read the Purchase Order, verified same with the processing agent, and you voluntarily signed the Purchase Order. 
Second, we do in fact have an pecuniary interest in a manufacturing facility in **********, ** and we have no hesitation in making that factually accurate statement to prospective buyers.
Third, your buildings *** have experienced some rust as a result of your refusal to accept and offload the buildings when they were delivered on time. As a result, the buildings had to be shipped back from southern ** to **********, **. During the time it took for you to consult a subsequent attorney since you claimed your previous attorney gave you inaccurate information pertaining to the contract, and that subsequent attorney informing you that you indeed breached the contract by failing to accept the buildings that you contracted for, and to have the buildings then reloaded and redelivered to you yet again in southern **, they *** have experienced minor rusting to the haunch brackets. Those pieces are easily painted and your review implying the entire building was rusted is factually inaccurate. 
At some point in time, you as the consumer need to take responsibility for your actions and realize exactly what you are spending your money on. The product that was delivered to you was exactly what the Purchase Order indicated. If there are any discrepancies with the product identified in the Purchase Order from what you received, I would like to see or hear about those discrepancies.  Otherwise, and again, you received exactly what you contracted for. For you to now attempt to somehow strongarm SCC into providing you with different building that is a different quality and significantly more expensive than what you paid for, you are essentially trying to get something for free.
SCC would also like to bring to the attention of whoever *** read your inaccurate reviews that it seems your history of posting frivolous reviews seems like business as usual. Please take your time and read the other reviews posted by this customer as it seems these types of reviews are his modus operandi.
We wish you the best of luck moving forward and we would also wish the best for any company that *** wish to sell you their product or services.

Before you decide to do any business with this guys ,you need to know that they are very untrustworthy, unethical and very high-pressure sales people that would promise you everything and more to get you on their hook...Well once you on it and you think you are getting a okay dill with them, things are starting to change ! Contract that you get , you can't read , the lathers are at least 3 times smaller then what it should be ! Of course there is reason for it ,contract is there just to protect them basically ! Who reeds whole contract ever - right ! Well Do it with those guys ! Sales person called me several times before I committed to purchase a building that was supposed to be " I Beam Steel Building " but end up not having not even one I beam ! Sales person also told me that He is one of the owners and he would take care of this and throw in some isolation for me...Do not trust them , get everything in writing first if you decide to work with them ! I told him at one point that I am getting estimates with someone else who also do Installation and delivery all included in the price . He sent me pictures of some Hollow Tubes buildings and told me not to buy that while he will get me 30 - 40% discount on much better I Beam Steel building...Ohh , do I regret trusting this sales guy / owner and do I regret working with them ,Yes I do :-( Please do not be like me and stay away from Steel Commander , you can find better product for less ,installed not just delivered to you and you are on your own...Blessings

It is unfortunate that you have submitted this review following your unlawful actions.  During the course of the entire building project: from your review and execution of the Purchase Order, to your review and approvals of the preliminary engineering plans and color selections, to your receipt of the final-stamped certified engineering plans, to scheduling of delivery and the eventual delivery of your building, you never once lodged any complaint or issues throughout the process. I would like to advise anyone reading this inaccurate review that once this customer received his building, he took the unlawful actions of stopping payment on the *** balance payment.  Once SCC contacted the customer, he reassured SCC on multiple occasions that the payment was cancelled in error and that he would resend the payment to no avail.  Only after SCC was required to file a lawsuit for breach of contract as a result of this customer unlawfully stopping payment for the remaining balance and receiving and unloading his building, did he leave this inaccurate review.  As a result of the Courts now being involved, SCC will say nothing further on the matter and is confident that the Court will find a result favorable to the non-breaching party, SCC.  Further, and as a result of the customer's breach, SCC will seek everything that it is rightfully and lawfully owed, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs for having to bring this lawsuit.  - **************, General Counsel

If you want to be treated like you're at a used car lot and be hung up on mid sentence call steel commander. The guy I spoke with on the phone was a complete jerk. I called for some quotes on a building and within five minutes he was pressuring me into putting a down payment on a building. When I told him I wasn't going to commit to anything after five minutes he just hung up on me. He called me back after the weekend and when I told him I still wasn't sure the direction I wanted to go, he said something under his breath and hung up on me again. This was an absolute discussing manner in which to deal with a customer and I will make sure to let everyone I know to stay away from this company.

The steel building exceeded my expectations. The materials are very high quality. The building is awesome. It is a very sturdy building. 9 out of 10 for the building. I would highly recommend. The only issue I had was delayed delivery.
