Please beware! I called back in November of 2024 to disconnect my service due to my business not being set up properly and was told by the Secretary of State that I needed certain documents to set up my business. I explained this to them over the phone and was told I will be receiving an email to confirm my service would be disconnected. I never received the email of confirmation but I did receive another email saying that my service was disconnected due to non payment. I was under the impression that that was all I needed. Fast forward to now. They have sold my information to a debt collection agency that has been harassing me to cover a balance that was never discussed or disclosed to me. Please beware, this company will sale your personal information to debt collection agencies even when you contact them to end services. Being that my business was not set up correctly, Im not sure why Im being charged for a virtual office space for an LLC that didnt exist. I was going to reopen my account with Opus once I made the necessary corrections but being that they have sold my personal information, I have been discouraged to not do business with them again.

We truly regret any confusion or frustration the client encountered.
Wed like to clarify that Opus does not accept cancellations over the phone. This is a strict company policy outlined in the service agreement, which is reviewed and agreed to at the time of signup. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and confirmation is only sent once a written request is received and processed. Unfortunately, phone conversations do not satisfy the cancellation requirement as clearly detailed in the signed contract.
Additionally, **** does not sell customer information to collection agencies. In the event of non-payment and unresolved account balances, delinquent accounts are placed with our legal counsel for further handling, not sold to outside debt collectors. This process is also fully disclosed in the original agreement.

**** ****** at the *************, ********************* is The Best!! She is the First Impression Coordinator at this location and first Impression is a constant. Never a different look or vibe.**** is always correct, happy, smiling and nice! Polite is her middle name! She always *** my mail ready and will shred anything that I may not need or want from my mail. Awesomeness ??.Very effective with me, even while multi-tasking on the phone. Couldnt be more happy with my decision of signing up with virtual office service with Opus. I work remote from overseas and require a US virtual office for important correspondence and other assistance for my US customer base. ********* ****** is the team member that I work with and I cannot say enough good things about her. ********* has been a pleasure to work with since I first inquired into the service, and has not disappointed since then. I want to give a huge shout out to Rosa, my Opus Coordinator, for her incredible help in tracking down a package that USPS mistakenly delivered to the wrong location. Rosa went above and beyond to make sure my package was found and safely rerouted to me. Her attention to detail and persistence turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and her communication throughout the process was excellent.
