    I made a purchase around the 10th of January. I purchased three bracelets and thought that was it. Instead I saw a charge of $26 for a membership I did not sign up for. I simply want my money back. A customer should be aware of these things before you charge them. They should confirm that this is in fact what a person wants.

    We are sorry that you did not see the terms that are both on our home page and on the checkout that show we are a membership site which is why we can sell products at such low prices. Your subscription was cancelled the moment you requested it. Sorry again you did not understand that but it is clearly stated in our checkout page, home page and you should have gotten a card in your package with your members benefits.

    I ordered two T-shirts from them on 09/19/24. The shirts came in and one was not the shirt I ordered. I complained to them and they never resolved it. Also, I just noticed that I am being charged monthly at $26.45 on September 21, and October 21. I never signed up for this. I have not received any emails or statements from them that this was going to happen.I just noticed yesterday on my credit card that there was a charge. I have called them, emailed them, and sent a text to cancel this subscription I never signed up for.More than anything I want them to cancel this monthly subscription and send me a message that this was done. I do not want any more charges on my card. I have contacted my credit card company. This business has a shady operation going on.

    On sep 19 i authorized payment for 3 tee shirts and 2 stress oil for $34:89. They took a while sending I called and no answer had to send a email before I received the products. I was beginning to think it was a scam. When I was going through my credit report I saw they changed $24:94. I called no answer. Called credit company to put a block on further transactions. I had to send emails before they said that was for memberships I dont want. I had no problem if they gave a flat pay and advised customers they are discounts if you purchase membership. Just dont throw it on the person and they need to answer their phone calls.

    I am so sorry you recieved the wrong shirt and I checked our customer service software that tracks all messages from social, email and SMS and do not see a request to do so. We can either get you the right shirt out or refund your shirt. The website and checkout page (images attached) clearly state the reason we can offer low prices is do to our membership which also comes with acess to a portal of online classes ranging from yoga, meditation to breathwork. Please let me know what you would like us to do.

    I am so sorry you missed the membership terms that are both on our home page and have to be selected on checkout. We also include an insert with all our products that give information on the membership. It is never our intention to decieve and we have an active community of members that enjoy discounted products and over 100s of yoga, meditation and breathwork classes.

    i purchased 4 braclets from this company -didnt receive them also tried to cancel the membership as they stated i could - i have called, sent emails and text messages and have not received notification of cancelation. via ******** messager they gave me my user name and password - and offered me a 50% discount - i IMMEDIATELY respnded to that telling them i want my account cancelled. this message did not go through because VIBESTRIBE blocked me from contacting them. I want a refund and proof they cancelled my membership

    VibesTribe advertised a tshirt on ******** onsale for $7 something. It was for mental heath ********** As a psychology teacher I thought this was a great deal so I purchased it! Nowhere in the purchasing did it say I was signing up for a membership that would cost me $24.99 a month. I would have never purchased it if it did. I then was charged. I tried reaching out to them and they did not respond. Then deleted and blocked me on social media. After others were complaining of the same issue. They then emailed me and said that I agreed to the terms. They sent a picture of a page that I agreed to. The ordering page I ordered my shirt from did NOT look like that page at all. They then quit responding to me and refused to give me my money back.

    I had to shut off my card and get a new one causing a whole bunch of issues and I unknowingly paid a month membership that they refused to refund me for a days worth of membership.

    This is NOT what the site looks like when ordering off of ********! There is NOTHING that says ANYTHING about a membership! I am not the only person who has had this issue. There are a ton of others who have commented on their page about it and then they delete their comments and block them. I originally reached out via ******** because that is where I purchased the shirt from. They responded but quickly blocked me so I could no longer communicate with them. Then when I finally reached someone via email they cancelled my membership but refused to refund me the membership fee even though I was not a member for longer than 48 hrs. They then ignored further contact. My bank recommended I get a new debit card and founded my fraud case against them. They do not disclose all information on their ******** and use their website to show where they are a membership site. This information was NOTvisable on the ******** page.

    Please note that we have disclosed the membership site on our main website page. It is very clearly a member based site - which is how we are able to give customers the low priced items. You placed two orders for 5 items that were two weeks apart taking advantage of the membership. Each order also comes with a post card detailing membership benefits. When you called us on Sept 22nd after your second order for the month, we cancelled your membership. We believe in excellent service so are one of the few companies that have a customer service phone number with  an actual person pick up and help you.

Im not sure if you have another **** *** information but I purchased 1 item! A mental health awareness t shirt. I have attached the bank withdrawals, and the emails. You may want to check where those items went because this was NOT to me!
