After a long video I subscribed to Biotech Insider for $1497.00 that came with a 30 day money back guarantee.After trying to find the "bait" stock and not being able to in their confusing GUI,, two days later I called to cancel my subscription and was told that person could not do it and I'd get a call back. The next day another person called and harassed me continuously for 10 minutes repeatedly asking why I was cancelling despite telling him my reasons. He was aggressive and disrespectful and only after threatening to call my credit card company and leave a bad review here did he begrudgingly refund my money. This was the worst refund experience in my life and will never look at another thing from them even if was free and guaranteed me a fortune. I feel the people on the back end represent the the companies true character so my best advice is to say, "You've been warned".Behind the Markets LLC

****! After a very long sales pitch I was supposed to get a free report. I was sent to a sign up page that charged me $99 yearly subscription for this free information and it never showed up in my email. Guess the free was them freely taking my money and giving horrible service freely and freely making this a learning ******* ****** learned, now I have to see just how long will take to get my money back from their Money Back Guarantee.Behind the Markets LLC

We offered you a free report along with your membership to our service (which clearly you accepted).
It is a common practice our industry to do this. It is a common practice in many industries to offer something free when you try something out. Credit cards offer points, banks offer toasters, the list goes on and on.
But I have taken the liberty to refund your money for both the subscriptions you purchased.
I wish you would have had the patience to check out our 7-year track record and other reports we've published before publicly saying such silly things about us.

I signed up for a $99 yearly subscription on 8/18/24. Well, I should say that I relented after reading the LONGEST pitch ever so that I could learn about the one stock that is going to be life-changing. I think I read ***** ******** pitch for over an hour, and then spend another 30 minutes saying "no thank you" to all the other offers and other upselling. It was all very confusing. In the end, I don't think I ever learned of the one company that was going to lead me to life-changing investment returns. But, it was no matter to me - I don't do well with high pressure sales tactics. I've seen this before from other services - like Zacks, ************, and other investment advisory services. To my way of thinking, if ***** ****** has to sell his information so aggressively and rely on questionable tactics to rope clients in, then the information may not be that valuable. I certainly do not like being accosted via email every day from someone that sounds like a carnival ****** trying to sell me yet another piece of information that's going to make me rich. I guess there are some treasure-seekers out there that really buy into this sort of thing - and even think they are getting high value for their purchases. But this isn't my cup of tea, so I politely asked 1 week later with 2 requests to their customer service department to please discontinue my subscription and refund my money. True to form, I got 2 email messages from **** ***** asking me to call them directly so that they might answer any questions I might have. I realize that ***** and his account manager **** want another shot at confusing me and getting me to stay, but my mind is made up. I don't have any questions, I just want to cancel the subscription within the 30 day window, as guaranteed by ***** ******. I don't do business with people that sell in this manner and I recommend that others don't either. Let's see how much longer it will take for *** to refund my $99. But from January 1, 2018, to December 31, 2023, our average return per closed trade was 41.2% and our average win rate was 75.5%.

2020: 42.41%
2019: (12.34%)
2018: 85.16%
Five years out of six were positive, which is an 83% success rate. Not too shabby.
Overall, our members are satisfied with these results.They say that Im good at what I do, but Im far from perfect.
And that's the simple truth of the matter.
I'm finally old enough to accept that.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Behind the markets uses info to motivate you to subscribe, so you do. Only to find out you need to wait long time period to get someone to answer when you're having trouble finding that info that who subscribed to get! And the person barely speaks any english!This is another example of how these companies that claim they are helping you by furnishing info because of their research but never give it to. I was so startled by your accusation, that I immediately logged in to read the notes tied to your account.
I wanted to find out if our customer service team was non-responsive, rude or didn't fulfill your order. I would have fired the offending customer service rep on the spot.
But what I found instead was that you bought a membership at 11:32am.
28 minutes later we refunded your membership and wished you the best of luck.
And I think its best that we parted ways.
Because in that 28 minute period of time, you were VERY rude to our customer service rep, and even after you were sent access to the materials you were promised, you accused us of being a "scam."
I understand you've been burnt before, which is fine. It's easy to paint even the good guys with a bad brush when you've had a previous bad experience.
But tens of thousands of customers around the globe would disagree with you. They depend on us for honest advice each and every day.
I wish you gave us more than 28 minutes, because I think we could have benefitted you. We put our hearts and souls into the work we do, and our track record and customer loyalty prove that.
But I'm too old to try to make everybody happy. So I wish you the very best of luck.

Dear ******, This communication is to inform you that your account has been blacklisted effective immediately. This means that you will no longer be able to purchase our services in the future. Should any purchases be made from this point forward, there will be no trial period, and all subsequentI called to exercise a stated right, in their own literature, to cancel within 30 days. I spoke with **** and asked to cancel and for a refund. He wanted to explain how the program works, so I agreed to listen. In so doing I was feeling pressured into keeping the account open, even though he told me on several occasions the $1,000 I spent meant nothing to him. When I pressed for a cancellation and a refund he continued to sell me on a product I didnt want. At one point during the conversation he laughed at me, out loud, for not following his reasoning. I continued to ask that my account be cancelled and please issue a refund. While stating that he would be cancelling the account and issuing the refund, he wanted me to verbally agree that I would never be able to use their services again. *************** disagree but I found him argumentative, combative and disrespectful. I signed up for the Platinum subscription and was bombarded with emails from numerous organizations trying to get me to buy stocks. Spend way too much time deleting them each and every day. Do not sign up for this subscription unless you want to do the same as I had to do. Cancelled my subscription and wasted $99.00.Behind the Markets LLC
