    I was trying to set up an account to pay for calls from my grandson. I was charged $49.99 for something I did not request. I tried to get a refund but they said I could only get $30 back. This company is a scam!

    I signed up to be able to talk to my son in prison. Immediately within a day my credit card was charged for several fraudulent charges. The worst was $497. I had to cancel the card. DO NOT use this business. It is just scammers engaged in credit card fraud.

    This company made me believe that they were the hails primary phone provider. I thought I was just setting up an account and not purchasing anything. There was no upfront fees listed they just automatically ally ran my card for *****. I did not consent to pay anything. They fraudulently ran my card. This company has a class action lawsuit on another issue. If Im not fully refunded I will seek legal advice and request another class action lawsuit regarding this matter.

    Fraudulent. Takes advantage of people who just want to talk to their incarcerated loved ones by impersonating global tel link then giving them a number that they couldve gotten for free on text now. When you ask for your money back, they say you agree to terms and conditions but the box was pre-checked. They do not let you verify the amount that you will be charged .. I fulfilled my obligation to contact them and ask for a refund civility, they are refusing so Ill be disputing this transaction the SECOND it settles on my account. No matter how you spin it, THIS IS a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.yall might as well return my money to me because I will be disputing.

    It is definitely a scam. They do not want to refund my $49.99 and my son is not able to call out from the facility. I can not give them a zero star if not I would. ***, if you call to complain the first time it goes through with no issue. Once they have your number they put you on hold and then hang up on you "DUE TO HIGH VOLUME CALLS". I called from another number and got though within seconds. I wish I would have done my homework prior to doing business with them.
