1 starVERY deceptive practices. You think you are trying out a great kid's product, when, in reality, you are signing up for a $34/month subscription that is RIDICULOUSLY HARD to get cancelled. Even when I disputed the charges, they did not go away for months and the magazines kept coming. ******.. You would be better off teaching your kids yourself.Review fromLayla H

****** SUBSCRIPTION COMPANY Saw mailers **ming into the mail very frequently ( that I didnt sign up for) after purchasing the first ******** after seeing **nstant mailers for almost 2 months I googled and called to cancel and they said that when you sign up in the terms and agreement that you sign you have to call and cancel with in 3 weeks or they charge you for subscription that was over $24 a month.If I sign up for a subscription I expect an option to create an email login and password and they dont have anything like that to manage your ac**unt all you can do is call. I never even got a **nfirmation email of proof of purchase. All I have is bank statements I loved the original booklets theyre about teaching our children history and biblical values, but I detest **mpanies that are sneaky in their tactics for gaining a profit off customers So disappointing that this is **** huckabees **Everbright Media

According to our records, Ms. ****** had three accounts with us, one that began on 10/29/24 and two others that began on 12/5/24, all of which were cancelled on 1/24/25.
According to our records, an email confirmation for each of her orders was delivered to the email address she provided at the time of her order. These emails reiterate the terms and conditions of the order and contain important information about how to create and login to the customer portal where one can manage their account. While we regret that the terms may not have been noticed, they were disclosed in a transparent manner several times throughout the ordering process.
We stand by our business practices but regret any confusion or dissatisfaction this situation may have caused.Review fromTODD M

This company publishes Everbright Kids. The advertise a free ***** guide as the Bait then they get your card information and charge up to 24 bucks for what is essentially a pamphlet. In just 4 weeks I had 6 charges over 60 bucks and received duplicate. Small print terms do not excuse bad business practices. Even there contact page makes you hit a button that says subscribe now to submit a question...Really. Please do better. Many of these customers are older grandparents buying for their grandkids, and do not expect these charges. Legal? Maybe! Confusing for sure, but that's on purpose!Everbright Media

1 starI ordered The Kids Guide by Everbright Media in June 2024 which the company charged to my credit card account. Then they added on another publication called Everbright Kids without my permission and began charging me twice a month. As I received the publications I realized that these were not publications that I wanted for my grandchild. So I began to try to unsubscribe with no results. They say I don't have an account and yet they continue to charge me twice per month. They say to contact them on their website which I did three different times with no response. Between June 29 and September 25, 2024 they have charged my account a total of $121.39. I want to unsubscribe and no longer be charged for a product that I do not want to continue.Review fromHoward W

lame ****************** I got tickets for an event but ****************** never sent me directions on how to join the event. I needed this training and wasn't able to view it. The customer service chat bot was useless on how to view the event. Do not recommend their services.Everbright Media

1 starIts offers are totally to **** you into their media system where you are to assume you are getting something for free or for the postage, then you learn that you are being charged a monthly fee, you don't receive the free pamphlets advertised over TV, and your commitment with them is sticky as molasses or quicksand, very hard to extricate yourself from. I would advise any material for kids advertised on TV as free or the cost of the postage to stay away from like it is a grizzly bear.Review fromEric W

1 starI'm gonna make it short. these people are horrible. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. for a whole year. I could not get ahold of these people over my solar But now the day after I make my payment every month. Their collection agent calls me and herasses me now. Remember these people wouldn't answer a email or a phone call for over a year. Now they threaten me the day after I make my payment every month. You guys call me one more time. I will file an official. Terribly disappointed! I trusted ************************* in the commercial. However they continue to bill my card and its impossible to cancel. I keep being charged even though I've went to website and canceled.I would not subscribe to this. What I have received is little pamphlets not worth anything. We are very sorry the customer had a poor experience with our products. She canceled one of her accounts online but did not cancel the other two. I spoke with a rep named ***** about my bank calling me about a reoccurring amount 3 times. She was very defensive & rude. She said she would cancel 2 of the 3 charges. My reply is nothing ordered on Baby ***** advertise by ************ ever arrived & I want all charges refunded & ceased. My bank offered to dispute it since they caught it in the 1st place. She argued it was such a tiny magazine it probably got lost in mail. She was so rude ( hope it was recorded as reported but had she known that she more than likely would have been nicer). All I ask was a ********************* for something never delivered. She insisted the children lost it getting out of mailbox. These are young children & the box is on the other side of a busy road. That did not happen then she said the carrier probably lost it. That also probably didnt happen since she said it was mailed a few days ago but ordered a month or more ago. This customer called and was **************************** given a full refund and had her subscriptions cancelled. The agent also shipped her a replacement product at no charge. The customer then proceeded to aggressively question our agent for more than 10 minutes about where her initial shipment might be. Bad news turned good.I got tangled up with a TV offer from *********************** for free educational information for kids. I wanted to see what it was about and signed up (I have no kids and I'm a Dem).) I got a few issues of GOP and ***** propaganda. Then I started getting genuinely interesting kid stuff. Everbright charged my card a lot of money. It took me some months to get to this item on my agenda.I went to the website listed on the material and was told it is unsafe. Then I called a contact number I found online ******* Everbright) and the phone was answered right away by a gentleman who said he would refund my money retroactively.I think Everbright got taken by ***** just like the rest of us, but they took care of it.I'm happy and their materials are excellent.I'll be back to up the rating if I get the refund.
