Some time ago, around the first of January, I started to order a ONETIME PURCHASE of Relaxium. My credit card denied the purchase fearing fraud. They contacted me and asked if it was me trying to make the purchase. I said "yes" and they told me to **** the purchase, and it would go through since they knew it was me. I NEVER REORDERED OR EVEN WENT BACK TO THE SITE. It came up pending on the ** for a short while then stopped. Now they suddenly used my ** number and put an order through on 2/5/2025. I did not authorize that action! I called and they told me to send back the item when it arrived. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. They claim none was available and rudely hung up on me. This company has charged my credit card $119 and has delivered no product. I canceled the product. It has been more than two weeks and I have yet toreceive a refund. There is absolutely no telephone Help whatsoever when you call the customer service number it just loops you in circles that lead youto no one. This company is infuriating.Business Response

On 12/30/24 I called phone number ************ to order Relaxium. I had heard it advertised on ******** and endorsed by **** ********. This was supposed to be a free trial.When I called, I agreed to pay the shipping and handling for $8.55.The product did not help me at all. I did, in fact, have even more trouble sleeping after taking it. I did try it several times and continued to wake up thru the night. On 01/20/25 I called phone number ************ to cancel the subscription. I asked the service representative about returning the product. She said I do not have to. On 01/23/25 I found a charge of $128.89 on my credit card for Relaxium that I canceled. I was told that I had to return the product in order to get the $128.89 refund. And I did. However, I had to pay $7.00 shipping charge to the post office to return it.I was never told by the phone representative that there was a return shipping charge. I am requesting a refund of $7.00 because ***** has resolved the dispute for $128.89. This company is engaging in false advertising on ********. This product is NOT free! It costs a total of $15.55. At least I knew about the initial $8.55 and agreed to it.They are utilizing celebrities that my 97 year old mother and I fully trusted to endorse the product. They should disclose ALL shipping charges including return shipping charges. This product did not work at all for me and I expected free return.Business Response

This is an update as of 02/19/25.
The company refunded the subscription charge of $128.89. They also personally reached out to me by phone to explain the shipping charges. They said that since they are a small company, they are unable to offer the free returns that I have been accustomed to with companies like Amazon. To make it right, they sent me a free equivalent product which is Melatonin based. I received the product and am satisfied with the outcome of this dispute.

I wanted to pay them directly so I called the automated system and decided to do a buy one get one pricing. They asked for my card and I gave it to them. Once I gave them the card and they then start trying to sell me other stuff which I denied it. They then say I am registered and will continue billing me for a 3 month supply, which, I did not want. I then went to the bank, they helped stopped it. So then I called the company in again and got a *** this time and told them what happened. I told them I still will like to try it, but I do not want to be on a prescription or monthly payment and that is all. They promised they wouldn**;t send it unless I call, and 3 months later it happened, they took my last 100 (126 specifically). I then go to the bank to see what was going on and they informed me what happened. I called H3330333138**33303135H and followed up making it clear they knew what was going on. They then said they can refund me half the money when I send it back in, which I have not even seen the product show up. I went to the bank this morning and they returned half the money, and now they want to return the rest once the product comes back. The amount I got back was ***** and the returning amount I am now waiting on the remaining ***** (full amount ******). They never gave any shipping info nor has it been shipped in the same amount of time.Business Response

Their response is deceptive. The phone number on my account is current. Yesterday their aggressive billing practices charged me $161 and change that I couldn't afford on the first place. A week after I filed this BBB complaint.I want this order cancelled and a full refund issued immediately. This company doesn't deserve me sending their lousy non-GMP product back at my expense. I will be notifying my debit card holder of this BBB complaint ID.
I do not want any future charges from this business.
