      This company came to my home to repair my microwave. 1st trip included diagnosis. Ordered new door. 2nd trip, replaced door. Tried to use microwave. Microwave turned on, then turned off about 1 to 2 seconds later. Further diagnosis. Told me the circuit board and microswitch needed replaced. Ordered those parts. 3rd trip, installed the circuit board Ana switch. Didn't fix microwave. Told me it was not repairable and they would inform the home warranty company. Company told me they turned in their notes and service records. A month later, I was following up with the warranty company on status. Warranty company told me that TITAN APPLIANCE said there were rat feces inside the microwave that caused it to fall. We did not have rat feces inside a steel, enclosed microwave. The 3 technicians NEVER mentioned this to me while they were onsite troubleshooting and installing parts. I asked for copies of the notes and any pictures of this. The company would not share their notes with me and said there were no pictures. I asked them to review everything because I felt they mixed up my work order with another one from another place. After multiple attempts to get a manager to review, they said there was nothing they could do. LIARS AND CHEATERS

      I'd give a zero if that were an option. They cancelled 3 times on me. The 3rd time they text to say they'd be at my home around 5pm., I responded no problem as I'm home by 1:30 from work. Less than an hour later around 11am, the technician texts says he'll be there in 15 mins. I'm at work and cannot leave. they tell me then they are cancelling again. I begged him to come at noon and my husband would meet him. Within 10 minutes I call back say my husband will be there. They say too late. THey never answer the phone, texts take forever to respond too. They are so unprofessional, pathetic company. DO NOT USE THEM. They are not honest. THis was a warranty repair through Lowes.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the biggest joke I have ever seen. I filed a claim with my warranty for my washer through lowes. They were supposed to come today between 8-12, but called around 830 to reschedule for the hours between 10-2. Its 215 and i get a text saying they have to reschedule, because they couldn't contact me. The number they provided for their office, was not even a working number.

      Titan Appliance serviced my GE washer in warranty. They responded quickly once they received my ticket & the technician was very knowledgeable & office staff very professional. They repaired my unit in a timely fashion & couldn’t be more thankful for their service. I highly recommend using them for any appliance needs 10/10!!!

      Technician Michael came out to my house on 1/29/2024 for my GE Washer not draining or spinning correctly. He was very thorough with his diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. Parts were ordered and replaced within a week and repair was completed the day after part was received. Highly Recommend Titan Appliance Solutions

      Came out opened dishwasher for two seconds closed it said it was control panel and left. Ordered part. Had part for 13 days before coming to install it. Finally showed and put in and left. One week to the day it lost all power again like before. Have been calling for two days with no answer or call back. Left messages on recorder and also text like it asked. For two days straight they have ignored my calls without returning.

      Titan Appliance Solutions technicians have come to my house three (3) times attempting to repair my refrigerator that is under warranty with GE. Each visit has been for the same problem. On their last visit, they called five (5) minutes before they arrived. When I explained I was not expecting them, the technician (M.R.) informed me that their office called me the day before and set the appointment time. When I disputed that, he was rude, telling me that most of his customers claimed the same thing. He made it clear that he didn't believe me. He had a trainee with him for this visit. While waiting for me to answer the door, M.R. told his trainee that he needed to take a piss really bad, and he would be pissing in my house before he left, which he did. He also stated that he pisses and sh**s at customers' homes often. They both laughed at the comment. I heard this conversation on the recording from my Ring doorbell camera after they left. Had I heard this before they entered my home, I would not have allowed them inside. As far as the repair, M.R. wanted repeated the same repair that was performed on the first two (2) visits. When I told him not to do that, he told me I should not have purchased a french door refrigerator. Overall, TAS technician M.R. was rude and condescending to me. I will never allow them in my house again. If I could rate them zero (0) stars, I would.

      Titan Appliance Solutions still holding true to form. Scheduled twice...no call backs...did not show up. I called GE Appliance Factory Service and was professionally treated by their representative Ms ******** She scheduled me with an alternate company and provided confirmation number. The appliance adventure continues. ****** ***** ******* **

      Waste of time and money! I called Badcock and they sent out TA to fix my washer. They came and said a part had to be ordered and it was ordered and delivered to my house. Then I called them to let them know it arrived when they came my washer was working just made an annoying squeaking sound. So the guy came in and put the new part in and the squeaking stopped but the washer will not do anything at all now! I called titan appliance back they told me it was nothing they could do I had to put in another work order. How is that fair but I did I called GE back this time they sent out Sears to come out well sears came out and said they can’t do anything because the tech from titan took a part that the washer needs and if they order the part it will be $300 and 2 weeks to receive the part. Plus I had to pay the sears guy $106 just for coming out to lift up the washer!!! I have already text Titans because they need to send a tech out to bring my part back and fix my washer free of charge
