    They were prompt & repaired my washer on the day of service!! The tech kept me informed all the way through the process. Would highly recommend Titan for future service!!!

    As someone who does service work and tech support for commercial equipment I can honestly say this is the worst excuse for a service company I have ever seen. 3 trips and ice maker still does not work. Tech was not only rude but unqualified and trying to reach them by phone is all but impossible. They were who Lowes warranty service recommended these people but if you have a choice please use a different service company.

    My fridge was acting up since November. They came out in Feb-Mar did a service on it ordered 3 new parts came out towards the end of March to put the parts on. Now fast forward to now my fridge is back to not running right. Titan comes to the house, won't call GE to find out what my options are, tells me he can't fix it and then tells GE that it's running right. Like what the ****. So now I'm playing the run around trying to figure out what the hell to do when they are the only service provider In my area. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

    This is the most worst company that any leasing company could use. They refuse to fix my dishwasher my stove, which still does not work andI got four kids to feed. They refused to order the part, the correct part for the dishwasher and all they did was look at the fuse box in the power outlet for my stove and try to blame it on that when it’s actually the stove that’s having the issues. They came out right before Christmas and I still don’t have a way to cook because of them Because they said I had bugs

    This company is awful the manager Scott is awful I hope they can find more honest people to work here. They are liars and do not do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. They cancel service calls without informing the client. They tell you things are being processed when they are not. I truly hope you never have to deal with this company. In order to leave a review you have to leave one star or I would leave -10

    This company came to my home to repair my microwave. 1st trip included diagnosis. Ordered new door. 2nd trip, replaced door. Tried to use microwave. Microwave turned on, then turned off about 1 to 2 seconds later. Further diagnosis. Told me the circuit board and microswitch needed replaced. Ordered those parts. 3rd trip, installed the circuit board Ana switch. Didn't fix microwave. Told me it was not repairable and they would inform the home warranty company. Company told me they turned in their notes and service records. A month later, I was following up with the warranty company on status. Warranty company told me that TITAN APPLIANCE said there were rat feces inside the microwave that caused it to fall. We did not have rat feces inside a steel, enclosed microwave. The 3 technicians NEVER mentioned this to me while they were onsite troubleshooting and installing parts. I asked for copies of the notes and any pictures of this. The company would not share their notes with me and said there were no pictures. I asked them to review everything because I felt they mixed up my work order with another one from another place. After multiple attempts to get a manager to review, they said there was nothing they could do. LIARS AND CHEATERS

    I'd give a zero if that were an option. They cancelled 3 times on me. The 3rd time they text to say they'd be at my home around 5pm., I responded no problem as I'm home by 1:30 from work. Less than an hour later around 11am, the technician texts says he'll be there in 15 mins. I'm at work and cannot leave. they tell me then they are cancelling again. I begged him to come at noon and my husband would meet him. Within 10 minutes I call back say my husband will be there. They say too late. THey never answer the phone, texts take forever to respond too. They are so unprofessional, pathetic company. DO NOT USE THEM. They are not honest. THis was a warranty repair through Lowes.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is the biggest joke I have ever seen. I filed a claim with my warranty for my washer through lowes. They were supposed to come today between 8-12, but called around 830 to reschedule for the hours between 10-2. Its 215 and i get a text saying they have to reschedule, because they couldn't contact me. The number they provided for their office, was not even a working number.

    Titan Appliance serviced my GE washer in warranty. They responded quickly once they received my ticket & the technician was very knowledgeable & office staff very professional. They repaired my unit in a timely fashion & couldn’t be more thankful for their service. I highly recommend using them for any appliance needs 10/10!!!

    Technician Michael came out to my house on 1/29/2024 for my GE Washer not draining or spinning correctly. He was very thorough with his diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. Parts were ordered and replaced within a week and repair was completed the day after part was received. Highly Recommend Titan Appliance Solutions
