            I called my home warranty company because of a water leak on my oven exhaust fan. I took a video diagnostic to show exactly what is issue was. I also advised them that NOTHING was wrong with the fan itself. I’m only merely experiencing a water leak. The guy comes out just to tell me that there’s nothing wrong with the fan and that they can’t fix a “water leak” I believe that they came to collect the fee. They already knew that nothing was wrong with the fan. This is high way robbery. Although he didn’t fix anything he reported a “repair” and closed ticket! The technicians lied and said that he did an diagnostic. How do you do a diagnostic for a repair that was never reported. I never reported the fan broken. Just a water leak. They collected my 125 after sending a diagnostic video. They knew what the problem was and came out just to tell me that they could not fix it, just so that they can collect a fee!

            I'd give a zero if that were an option. They cancelled 3 times on me. The 3rd time they text to say they'd be at my home around 5pm., I responded no problem as I'm home by 1:30 from work. Less than an hour later around 11am, the technician texts says he'll be there in 15 mins. I'm at work and cannot leave. they tell me then they are cancelling again. I begged him to come at noon and my husband would meet him. Within 10 minutes I call back say my husband will be there. They say too late. THey never answer the phone, texts take forever to respond too. They are so unprofessional, pathetic company. DO NOT USE THEM. They are not honest. THis was a warranty repair through Lowes.
