Hardly Savvy at all.I own a local business (not mentioning name) and I chose to use Tech Savvy in ************** ******* rather than a big box store They charged me over $1700 to mount two TVs that would have only been $500 at BestBuy. I specifically told them to to keep the second TV install under $350 and they send me a bill for 2 hours at $175. Yes, $175 per man per hour. So the bill was $700 for a quick mounting and then they spent the majority of the second hour showing us how to use a TV that we have had for a while and do not need training. I still cant wrap my head around how they can charge $175 per hour for the team lead and an additional $175 per hour for the helper. I bet they dont get the same pay themselves so this is taking advantage of a client.All in all, they are only "savvy" at taken your money.
