        Responding to the complaint we received from the BBB regarding Focus Financial Services, Inc.  FFS has been in operation for over ************************************************************************************************************ good standings.

    On 07/27/20, ************************* had services at **********************.  *************** provided his ******* Drivers License as identification and it was scanned into the system.  The services totaled $4,631.95.  *************** did not have any insurance coverage,so the Hospital was able to qualify him for a reduced amount.  His bill was discounted by $4,131.95 to bring his responsibility to $500.00.  ************ was unsuccessful at getting the $500 resolved through attempts by mail and phone calls to ****************  On 02/22/21, the delinquent $500 was placed with Focus Financial Services.  That same day Focus Financial Services mailed the validation notice to **************** Additional collection letters and attempts by phone were made to *************** without resolution or a conversation. The account was ********************** reported on 01/12/23.  If *************** would rather not deal with Focus Financial Services, then he could pay ***************** instead.  ************ has agreed to have the account deleted from the credit once it is paid in full, if that helps Mr ******* situation.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

    I occasionally check my credit report to see improvements as I want to keep it in good standing. But when I checked it last month, I found unknown accounts which are not mine and addresses which I never resided. I also found inquiries that I never made and a variation to my name such as ******** AMB, **************. I may be a victim of identity fraud so I contacted the creditors to make them aware of this but they are requesting that I filed a police report and that I fill out a full packet to show cause in order for them to cease reporting to my credit due to this possible identity theft.         Responding to the complaint we received from the BBB regarding Focus Financial Services, Inc.  FFS has been in operation for over ************************************************************************************************************ good standings.

       On 08/24/21, ************************************ had services at **********************.  At the time of service, ****************** provided her ******* Drivers License as identification which was scanned into the system.  Her Drivers License at that time shows the address which she now says she has never lived.  The total charge for the services was $1,671.22.  ****************** did not have any insurance coverage, so the Hospital qualified her for a discounted amount of $500.  After unsuccessful attempts by phone and mail, the Hospital place the $500 owing account with ********************** on 12/06/21.  The validation notice was mailed to ****************** the same day. One conversation between Focus Financial Services and ****************** took place on 12/16/21, but no resolution took place.  The unpaid $500 account was ********************** reported on 12/06/22.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

         On 01/04/19, ************************* had services at **********************.  At the time of service, **************** provided her ******* Driver License as identification, and it was scanned into the system.  **************** also signed the Hospitals consent and financial agreement form.  **************** did not have any insurance coverage, so the Hospital qualified her for a discounted amount to pay.  The total charge for services was $2,125.18.  The discount was $1,625.18, bringing her owing amount to $500.  ************ mailed letters and made phone calls in an attempt to resolve the owing balance but was unsuccessful.  On 11/11/19, this same $500 amount was placed with Focus Financial Services.  On this same day the validation notice was mailed to *****************  Phone messages and additional letters only resulted in two very brief conversations.  One on 03/18/20 in which **************** could not make any arrangement and on 03/27/23 in which Mrs advised she was at work and hung up.  **************** was mailed an itemized bill after she mailed a certified letter on 03/17/23 to Focus Financial Services saying she was disputing the bill.  Her dispute is notated.  The bill remains owed.  On 06/01/20, the account was ********************** reported.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

        Responding to the complaint we received from the BBB regarding Focus Financial Services, Inc.  FFS has been in operation for over ************************************************************************************************************ good standings.

         On 08/13/22, ************************* had services at ***************** East.  *************** provided his ******* Photo Identification Card as identification which at the time of service was scanned into the system as part of his records.  The total charge for the services received was $21,367.16. *************** did not have any insurance coverage to provide.  ************ was able to qualify him for a discount of $7,566 which brought the owing balance down to $13,801.16.  ************ made attempts to collect the balance through mail and phone calls but was unsuccessful.  On 12/19/22, the Hospital then placed the account with **********************. This same day Focus mailed the validation letter to ****************  There was one conversation Focus had with *************** on 06/20/23 when he returned a message Focus had left on his voice mail.  The conversation involved *************** providing Focus permission to speak with his girlfriend and she would be making an initial partial payment of $500 on an American Express.  Additional collection notices and phone messages did not result in any payments or another conversation.  The account was ********************** reported on 08.01.23.  If *************** does want to work out a resolution, he can contact our office, or if he prefers not to deal with our office, he can contact our client ***************** East to make arrangements.  As a result of this BBB dispute of the bill, Focus has notated the dispute and is having the original itemized Hospital bill mailed to *************** for his review and records.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balance that is still owed.

         ******************************* has 10 accounts placed with Focus Financial Services.  All 10 are for remaining balances due after having services at ***************** East. On 08/02/22, ****************** applied $234.00 to her deductible.  On 03/31/21, balance after *************** of $126.02.  On 03/12/21,  balance after ***************, also ******************** paid $250 prior to Focus Financial Services on her credit card leaving a balance of $272.26.  On 10/17/19, ******************** did not have insurance and was given a discount from $4887.88 to $500.  On 10/16/18, ******************** did not have insurance and was given a discount from $1228.01 to $500.  On 03/29/19, there was a ******************** deductible of $1033.00.  On 12/22/18, a balance after ******************** of $886.59. On 11/27/17, ******************** did not have insurance and was given a discount from $4674.33 to $500.  On 02/11/17, *************** applied a deductible of $407.67.  On 07/28/17, ******************** did not have insurance and was given a discount from $4703.69 to $500.  All 10 of these remaining balances have not changed and are still owed.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

         On 06/28/22, ************************* had services at ***************** East.  Those services resulted in a charge of $2,454.31.  ******************* did not have any insurance coverage for the services.  The financial information he provided to the Hospital put him over the limit for charity, so instead they qualified him for a discounted amount of $500.  Some time after the services when the Hospital called to inform ******************* of the discounted amount he hung up the phone.  Attempts by the Hospital to collect the amount were unsuccessful.  On 10/10/22, the account with the same discounted $500 amount was placed with Focus Financial Services.  That same day the validation notice was mailed to ******************* without mail being returned.  On 11/29/22 we had a conversation with ******************* and a resolution was discussed of four monthly payments of $125.  ******************* wanted to call back later regarding the payment arrangement, but he did not call back.  Neither letters, nor voice mail messages generated any further response until this BBB complaint. The account is ********************** reported. If ******************* has intentions of paying this bill and wants to avoid any interaction with Focus Financial Services, he can simply pay the Hospital directly.  After our thorough review of this account, we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

        Responding to the complaint we received from the BBB regarding Focus Financial Services, Inc.  FFS has been in operation for over ************************************************************************************************************ good standings.

        The first thing one notices with Mr ********* BBB complaint is how he list himself as living at two different addresses and having two different phone numbers.  One of his claims is identity theft, yet he himself is giving misleading information.

         ******************* had two service dates with **********************.  The first one was on 06/14/20 in which ******************* was the driver of a car involved in an accident the day before.  The total charges were $6,019.34.  ******************* provided his ******* drivers license as identification, which was scanned into the system.  He also provided his ********************* information.  His ********************* paid and left him a $1,502.90 responsibility. There was not any health insurance, nor was there an Attorney representing his accident.  ************ made unsuccessful attempts to collect the amount due.  On 10/04/21 the amount was then placed with Focus Financial Services.

        Mr ********* second bill was another ********************** service on 03/11/21.  He provided his ******* drivers license as identification.  The drivers license was the same the year before. He did not have any insurance so the Hospital was able to qualify him for a discount from $3,873.21 to $500. ************ made unsuccessful attempts to collect the amount due.  On 08/02/21 the amount was then placed with Focus Financial Services.

        Attempts by Focus Financial Services to resolve the debts and/or have a conversation with ******************* have been unsuccessful.  Both accounts have been credit reported.  His account is notated as disputed along with a cease and desist as a result of a previous CFPB complaint.

    After our thorough review of this account,we are confident of the correct party and the correct balances that are still owed.

         On 10/26/18, *********************** had services at **********************.  The bill was $1,217.00.  *************** did not have any insurance coverage,so the Hospital qualified him for a discounted amount of $500.  Attempts to collect the owing amount by the Hospital was unsuccessful.  On 08/13/19,the account was placed with Focus Financial Services.  On 08/22/19 the validation notice was mailed.  Three additional letters were mailed on 10/08/19, 11/05/19, and 11/26/19. Phones calls made did not result in any conversation.

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding the validation of a debt on my consumer credit report. Despite multiple attempts to seek proof of validation, your company has failed to provide any evidence regarding a debt that does not belong to me. Furthermore, you have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and failed to validate the claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.As a consumer, I have a right to privacy and protection from inaccurate reporting on my credit report. Your company's actions have not only violated my right to privacy but also the permissible purpose of providing accurate information to consumer reporting agencies. According to 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report.I demand that this item be removed from my credit report immediately as it is furnishing inaccurate and incorrect information to the consumer reporting agencies.          On 11/28/28, **** ****** has services at **********************.  At the time of service, Mr ****** provided his ******* drivers license as identification and his Avmed health insurance card for coverage.  Both were scanned into the system.  The original balance was $5,360.00.  The bill was processed by Avmed and after Avmed paid Mr ****** was left was a $150 responsibility.  This unpaid $150 amount was then placed with Focus Financial Services on 06/12/23.  On 06/17/23, the validation notice was mailed to Mr ******************* On 07/06/23, Focus Financial Services received a certified letter; the same as this CFPB complaint.  The account has been notated as a dispute,cease and desist, and an itemized bill was mailed to Mr ****** in response to his dispute.
