    I recently engaged with the company by reaching out through the contact number affixed to my garage door opener. Online, they advertise free estimates, however, this proved to be untrue. There is a service charge to go out. Regrettably, my experience during the subsequent callback conversation left much to be desired. The representative I spoke with exhibited unprofessionalism and rudeness, characteristics that appear to be consistent with the sentiments expressed in other reviews available here. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend a different service provider until they improve their standards of customer service and advertising.

    Put in a service call for a garage door that was acting inconsistent. They came within the hour and sprayed some lubricant and I wrote a check for $100 , their minimum service fee. The garage door started failing again the ne t day so I put in another call and was told someone would get back to me .they never did. My calls and messages have been ignored since and I was even hung up on on my last attempt.
