      Im not liable for this debit with Bethesdas hospital east . I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.I depend this account to be removed from my credit report.

      On 03/29/2022-I went to Bethesda hospital for the birth of my son. My husband and I prepared ourselves financially and got our insurance information upfront as to what our cost would be. We notified our doctors and hospital that once baby was born we were going to add him to insurance plan under my husband's job. The day of the arrival we called the insurance to add our son to my husbands Florida Blue plan so that he would be covered for all services. My husband's insurance plan is a Florida Blue PPO and my insurance plan thru my employer is Florida Blue HMO. In all the paperwork we filled out we specified my plan was for my coverage and my husband's plan is for my child coverage. We had received a statement from Kidz DBA ******** care Newborn, that did testing on my newborn at the hospital and they did get the right insurance company and their claim was paid by my husband's plan. From Besthesda hospital I am receiving a statememt for services rendered to my child at birth, statement shows that we owe them 5k, account **********. Since the day I received notice I have contacted them to explain to them that my plan was not the one responsible for my child's services that my husbands plan was the one responsible. I sent email to *************************** 9/7/2023 and I waited for them to reprocess claim and get back to me, all this time has passed. and I keep getting statements telling me that I still owe that amount. My husband and I shouldn't have to pay this balance as his insurance would have picked up the claim.
