      In 2022 I had solar panels installed on my home after having a new roof installed. I also purchased a cleaning and maintenance agreement whereby the panels would be cleaned and operation checked yearly. When I contacted the company to have them cleaned etc. they say that they have no record of my contract. I can't get any answer from the installer when I attempt to contact.

      Home pros sold me a solar system 9/28/21. We purchased a ************* to have my solar system serviced once a year. They have not been out to do so. My solar panels are not producing so I am receiving high electric bills from FPL. According to FPL my system is not producing so I am using FPL. I am unable to reach Homepros. I am financing this system with Mosiac, which I feel I should not be paying for this system if it is not working. I have uploaded my Electric bills as you can see the drop in aug-dec. also I aslo uploaded the contact and the certificate for the Complete Car for ****** that i have been paying., which again nobody has been out to service my panels.

      Date of Transaction: 11/09/2021Invoice# INVXXXXXPlumber was contracted to supply 3 Toto toilets and brush nickel trip lever for one of those toilets. Plumber supplied the 3 toilets and NO trip lever. I have reached out to him by calling, texting, email, and no response. Plumber was paid in full before any products were delivered and installed. I am attaching a copy of paid invoice.
