            I ordered dtf from jiffyshirts as I have done previously without provlem. When my order was delivered, 90% of the order was missing. I filled 2 claims with the company and have yet to be contacted.I just want the rest of my order asap.

            I am not happy with this company at all. I ordered 100 shirts from them and 100 transfer prints. The shirts were fine. The problem was the 100 transfers I ordered they came with what looked like ink stains all over them and a black outline on all the prints. I tried to contact the company by email which after sending 2 emails none of them were returned. They do not have a phone number to contact them so I started a live chat and they gave me store credit to re order my prints. The problem is they wouldn't accept my coupon because I redeemed it on the first order that was messed up. So I reordered my prints paying an extra 70$ and I used a high resolution photo and my 2nd order still had the black lines around them again. I highly suggest you do not order prints from this company.

            Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us and letting us know about the frustrating experience you had recently. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and understand your disappointment with the service you received.

            After carefully reviewing your recent transfer orders, we noticed that the artwork uploaded for both orders didn't meet the recommended 300 DPI resolution. This can lead to blurred or jagged images on your DTF transfers.  Although transfers are typically non-refundable, we have issued full refunds for both orders.

            We completely agree that you should have received a new coupon for the second order, and have since  provided one for your future use.

            We sincerely hope that these actions help resolve the situation to your satisfaction. However, if there's anything else we can do to assist you further, please don't hesitate to let us know.
