I had signed up with this business for a styling appt. for clothing. I signed up online through their website and paid *****. A girl called me to set up an appt which I did. I eventually reached out to reschedule my appt because I needed to pick my dog up from the groomer and could not make it. So I rescheduled for two weeks later. Sadly I missed my appt because I was out of town for a family emergency. When I realized I missed the appt I did call but I knew they were going to keep the ***** fee since it was non-refundable. The following week I notice the company then took another ****** out of my bank account that I never authorized. So I called to ask about it and was rudely yelled at and told that its too bad I should have made my appt. I get it I missed it but family was more important than a clothes styling appt, in my opinion. The lady hung up on me. I called back to ask for proof of authorization that I signed to charge me the ****** and she said no, we arent wasting our time with your file anymore. She then said that by signing up with them I had to purchase ****** of merchandise and since I didnt show up they charged me for the merchandise. But I dont have any merchandise so how can you charge me! She said thats how it works and that I was told this, which I wasnt. I went in their website and read the subscription and the ***** is considered a styling fee and is non-refundable, however the ***** will go towards your purchase of ****** of merchandise. So technically they shouldnt have charged me because I didnt purchase anything, if I did make the appt and purchased ****** of clothing I would have only been charged *****. This business is not ethical and if they were they would have offered me another appt or offered merchandise to me for the ****** that I spent. Very poor business practices and very rude employees specifically ******. I would like my ****** refunded as I have not received any merchandise for my purchase
