    ****** IS A 5 STAR EMPLOYEE, NOTE HIS FINDING IN OUR BATHROOM ************** Leak Description: no active pressurized water leaks in system at time of inspection.Observed water around toilet/baseboard is attributed to a bad tank to bowl seal and a bag waxring underneath of the toilet both issues are attributing to water collecting in the reported area.Due to the risk of potential flooding (even when a temporary clamp has been installed by ourtechnician), We recommend keeping the water off until permanent repairs are made if there areany active leaks on site

While viewing videos taken of the drain in question he explained simply what we were looking at each step of the way. He was able to easily help me diagnose a problem to be able to move forward.     ***** is an amazing leak specialist. He is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and professional as he begins his quest to solve the problem. He applies all the necessary techniques to enable him to properly assess the leak and locate it with amazing accuracy. The repair was done today and the dig for the pipe was exactly where ***** had taped. Bravo to Sleuth for having ***** as an employee. Hes a keeper. And bravo to ***** for his fine work.********
