    This place is an absolute dump. I have never been treated worse. Buying this vehicle took 6 hours long after picking it out within 45 minutes of being there. I was told sorry and offered a slice of pizza. Hours after leaving the lot, the sunroof broke on the vehicle I purchased. I was told not to worry about it and it was covered in my warranty that was pushed on me by the dealership but it took 30 days for the warranty to kick in. Just to find out that it's not covered in the warranty. The speedometer has stopped working and there is a huge kink when I press on the gas. I dropped my truck off on 11/23 to be repaired and it's now 2/15 and I'm still at square one. I couldn't say anything worse about this dealership and have never had worse customer service. I'm selling my truck this weekend and starting over at a brand new dealership. This place needs its employees to go back to basic training. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

    Once again, I am stranded. For the SIXTH time. This service department does NOT know what they are doing & do NOT stand by any ethical standards. This service department is a scam. I wonder how they would feel if it was their wife, daughter, sister, mom or grandmother. If you are looking to get an oil changed this may be the place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to **** on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Each time they had my vehicle over a month & still could not figure out the problem as it was not showing any codes. However the last two occasions when dropping off my vehicle it was not starting while there so they could clearly see there was a problem with the car. The most recent time I was told the tech was starting my car frequently which is ironic as I got two separate alerts that my car was in sleep mode for not being started for over 14 days. I picked up my vehicle this past week & was told we don't know whats wrong. Instead of using mechanical skills & diagnosing the problem they let a customer leave knowing the problem is still active & its a waiting game for it to reoccur. *** in service was great through all of it so if your going for your easy oil change ask for him. Otherwise do not go here.In response to your response; you had my vehicle 5 months total in the year 2023, most recently the entire month of January for the 4th time for the same *********** were still not able to fix the problem. It is past the point of making anything up.

    I would say RUN as fast as you can from this place!!!! I have been calling them since purchasing a vehicle and no one has even returned my calls. They sold me a vehicle that is still titled and registered to the previous owner and has an open lein. The people who work here have absolutely no clue what they are doin and I totally regret ever doing business with them!

    Thought I was going to have an easy transaction. WRONG!!! It started at the test drive, walked up to a car in much need of a wash. Than, they ran my credit to more than several financial services after I told them that I was already approved with a bank and happy with what I was quoted. They still proceeded to run my credit over and over. "to find a better deal". (BTW... The deals kept getting worse). Then I questioned the misc additions to the price. A trade in is a trade in. I am not going to pay you to "recondition" or "mechanical" a car that I wouldn't own anymore, not to mention... "dent and appearance protection". WHAT??? Total of *******. Never heard of those before and I have bought new and used cars. So, I told them that I was not going to purchase the car and they continued to call/text me!!!!! I had to locked my credit, blocked all the different numbers they called me from and writing this to warn others. I did my homework on the vehicle I wanted, not needed. I will run my 2017 Civic another 77K miles! **** it comes time I will do my homework on where I will buy it. Just gotta get this bad taste outta my mouth and try to trust again.

    I purchased a 2016 Mustang GT350 paid in full at the time of delivery on 9/30/23. At the time of me writing this review on 12/26/23, I am still waiting on a correct title. Numerous calls to the dealership produced reasons including: 1)We are waiting on your insurance company. 2)We are waiting to get the paper title from another dealership. 3)We are waiting on the **************** (where I am a resident). When I finally received my tag and title on 12/9/23 the tag was a new tag not my personalized tag from my trade in that I requested to have transferred. The title was also not correct. It listed the mileage on the car at ******* instead of ******. I am attempting to correct these issues with my local BMV in Georgia since the dealership has not been helpful since the day they cashed my check. This has turned what was supposed to be an enjoyable purchase into a giant headache. Hopefully others can avoid my same experience at this dealership.

    Sadly having a bad experience with "AutoNation Ford Bradenton", it got a new engine and cam phasers done in September 2022 (87k miles). It is January 2023 (92k miles) and now it's in another **** dealership trying to fix their mistake.P0021 Over-Advanced Camshaft Position Shaking like crazy at Idle They told me they will not honor the warranty on the engine or any parts or labor done on my truck. It was paid in full and now they won't fix their timing issue. They said my truck should have been trashed and not back on the road (rebuilt title years ago). They laughed when I said I need the warranty done to fix this issue with timing on the engine they installed and said no one including them will honor it. It was supposed to have a 2 Year Warranty.It is currently at another **** dealership.

    Took my ford 2013 cmax in for service in june22. Was told part is on backorder. Car will not run. Here it is dec 22 and car is still not running. Part is still not here and not one person here cares one bit! No offer to help with a rental car or anything.... I have been a customer for over 25yrs but I will NEVER buy ford again!! They just dont care anymore. Are there that many of us in this situation? Why are you making new parts for cars if you cant make the older parts for the ones that need it? I am ill and I need transportation. I need a car...they could have even offered to trade my car on a different one since they cant fix it but no...nothing. Ford goodbye

    I purchased a vehicle from this dealer when mine was in their shop. I got the vehicle and everything was great, after about a week, we realized the vehicle was not for us and contacted the sales manager about it to see if they would help out in finding a bigger vehicle. They happily replied back that they would help. I get to the dealer and after showing me a vehicle, they come out and offer me $10,000 less than I just paid for the vehicle a week ago... from them! adding insult to injury, they also want more money from me upfront to move into another vehicle. After getting a talk about how they support the military and veterans, they turn around and offer me $10k less for the car we just bought from them and then want more money? That is downright insulting and a slap in my face.
