      Disappointing Service Department at Conley Buick GMC I purchased a new GMC 2500HD Denali from Conley Buick GMC in Bradenton, FL, back in 2022. While the sales department was fantastic, the service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. Trying to get someone from the service department to answer the phone or schedule an appointment is nearly impossible. On one occasion, I was broken down on the side of the road and couldn't get through to them. I had to take my vehicle to another dealer (Sunset), where it sat for over a month before it was "repaired." Unfortunately, Sunset refused to do the job correctly, so I had to have an independent shop fix it. Recently, I took the vehicle in for a recall on the tailgate, which was opening by itself while driving—an incredibly unsafe issue. After finally securing an appointment, they disabled the tailgate completely and said they would contact me when the part was available. That was two months ago. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, they never called me back. After complaining to GMC directly, they verified that Conley had the part in stock and assured me Conley would contact me shortly. I did receive a text from Conley stating they had the part and would contact me the next day to schedule the appointment. That was 22 days ago, and I've heard nothing since. When I finally reached them today, they claimed the parts were not available. While I understand they didn't manufacture the vehicle, their responsibility is to fix the issues. Better communication and responsiveness from their service advisers would make a world of difference. Unfortunately, as it stands, I can't recommend Conley Buick GMC's service department to anyone.

      Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. From the owner, Chris C***** who's a disgrace, down the line of all his people who made errors and failed me (and I have major proof) have made my buying experience from Conley Buick GMC a nightmare that cost me thousands. His employees admitted to their mistakes and Chris still continues to blow me off. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Conley Buick GMC has the worst customer service and have been cought in a bunch of lies and I have documents to prove it. Stay clear of Conley Buick GMC it could save you thousands of dollars.

      I took my vehicle to Conley for repairs and diagnosis after my vehicle had been to another shop and not diagnosed properly. I took my vehicle there 4 times having to drop it off and wait almost a week each time. The service advisor told me on my second trip that they would test my head gasket. However all visits before my last visit resulted in my driving off the lot and my vehicle having the same problem (overheating). I finally called and demanded a supervisor after having already not been able to drive my car for a month. They had another mechanic look at it and were able to diagnose it in two hour and expressed that the head gasket was bad. I expressed that continuing to let me drive off the lot and causing further damage after I had already spent $500 and the issue was not fixed was ridiculous as I would now have to pay for all the repairs to the head gasket myself. Quoted ****. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the manager about what they would be willing to do customer service wise and instead was ignored for days, and only when I was frustrated got a call back to which I was told too bad. Subsequently they scheduled maintenance after that for almost 3 weeks later. So I would still not have a car for another month. Therefore I cant even work to pay for maintenance because I cant work, and I would have had to purchase my own rental. Terrible customer service and I will never take my vehicle to the experts for repairs again.

      This business have the worst service center on the planet earth. Had part over 30 days, then put it in/or back in stock by mistake. part came in on 25th of June. On 21st of July it was verified that part was there. No contact with customer until 25th when customer was told about Conley having part. Car was brought on Wednesday 27th around 11:00 am. Nick from Conley said vehicle would be fixed that day or the next morning. It Friday and now their AC charger machine is broke and it may take a couple of days more. But said the ac condenser was in vehicle. Don't believe that. On Tuesday the26th, they lost power at the business for 5 or more hours. I have never dealt with a business that after making huge mistake ,don't even attempt to correct problem they created. Remorse or a just don't give a **** mind set. Car still there since 27th. No resolves.The vehicle in question is a 2011 Buick Lacrosse, in for ac repair.

      Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We are a family owned business located in Bradenton since 1966.The vehicle in question, a 2011 Buick Lacrosse, did have AC problems which we diagnosed. The customer informed us they had an extended warranty company which we contacted on their behalf. We informed them we did have the needed GM parts in stock to repair the car immediately. Like many after market companies, they prefer to take a less expensive avenue and use non GM OEM parts. We respect their decision. Apparently there was a very long delay in getting us the needed parts requested by their warranty company. When the parts finally arrived, we did have an issue with our AC equipment causing a short delay and on Saturday July 30th at 9.45 when the customer came in, we did put the customer in a FREE rental car for several days. The customer was also absolutely correct that we did have an FPL transformer go out effecting our entire dealership for almost 6 hours. This was certainly something well beyond our control. The vehicle was completed on August 2nd and the customer picked up their vehicle on August 3rd. Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond.

      They somehow didn't tell me all about the Onstar services that I paid for with the car for 3 yrs $1500.00 added to price of vehicle.

      We have tried everything we can to please you. We explained to you at the time of purchase that General Motors is now including the Onstar Subscription into the MSRP and Window sticker of the vehicle before it leaves the Factory. We realize that you didn't want the Onstar on the vehicle, however we have no control over that when General Motors puts it on the vehicle at the factory. Your daughter told us that if we tinted your windows for you FREE of charge that you would be happy and help the situation. We did that despite you giving us negative reviews online. We have also never heard of any legal window tint voiding any manufactures warranty?

      I told them if I paid for it then I expect to have it. So it's like I threw away 1500 dollars. I can put in lots more reviews on them as when I bought vehicle I refused Onstar til 2 days later when I saw it was included in the price of car on the sticker that I found in back seat. Bought on 7/8/22 found sticker on 7/10/22, brought it to there attention on 7/11/22 asked for refund or truck back and they refused to do either. So this I guess is what Conley/GM have figured a way to screw customers when they don't even know it. This is all I will say to them and their lies. All employees have lied to me about something on this matter. Like ur company doesn't pay commission's? That's what I was told.They said Onstar is on vehicle they didn't even know about the 3 years til I took window sticker back to them on7/11/22. Then they refused anything I suggested except the tinted windows which was less than 200 dollars,what a way to screw someone

      We have not lied to you about this matter. Your vehicle was one of he first vehicles we received from General Motors with the OnStar Built in package. Jason our delivery coordinator even tried multiple times to help you use the included service and tried to pair your phone. After your phone unsuccessfully paired he explained to you and you understood that your phone did not support the service because it was either too old or not capable. You even joked around by saying that your phone was a "Cheap-O" and that your daughter had got it for you. You suggested we give you FREE window tint to make you happy. You and your daughter assured us that if we tinted your windows you would be happy, that was your request

      I understood the Onstar package that was included on the vehicle but I didn't even know about the added $1500.00 option that I had paid for. Noone explained all that to me before I handed over my truck keys. That should have been discussed with me before I even bought the car, or signed on the dotted line. Now, I'm the one that has to suffer because of your BIG mistake. I sure hope u don't plan on cheating everyone else that u sell cars to

      I just talked with GMC headquarters and they have told me it's up to the Conley Buick dealership to set the car up with the 3 years of Onstar that I originally paid for. They are working on this for me,will keep u updated at the BBB. I'm hoping this matter will soon be over with, no thanks to the dealership that didn't keep up with the goods they were selling.

      The 3 year package was included on the window sticker of the vehicle from the factory aka General Motors and is now included on every vehicle. We completed your sign up, Onstar Enrollment and Welcome Call before you left the dealership. Your Onstar package is active and currently working. Nothing else is required to use your Onstar Included services
