  I had the misfortune of losing almost half of my three-year-old roof in Hurricane ******. I called ********, and she came out the next day. She told me that the spots where the roof tiles had been sheared off needed to be covered with tar right away, because the nails were exposed, and the weather channel had predicted that we might have another storm. She sent someone out within two hours to do it, so we would be safe from water damage while we waited for a repair.I was sixth in line just that afternoon. The thing is, I had not even accepted her proposal yet, and there was no suggestion of my being expected to. She was sending out her team to cover everybody's exposed spots with tar so they had a chance to get repairs without incurring water damage. That's what I call integrity. What mostly distinguished that initial experience from one I had with a larger company is the fact that she told me she was going to do a thorough examination of the roof herself, then let me know what we needed to do in terms of paperwork, and guide us in whether we should bother filing insurance and warranty claims. It was clear that I was in the hands of a competent professional, one who took over when I needed expert advice-- not to mention someone who cared about keeping water out of our house. I had not known to worry about that. She took the initiative and made it her business to worry for me. Her team was fantastic. They were on time, polite, and meticulous in clean-up. My insurance adjuster noted that the charge for their work was a good price. I may not have lucked out in this storm, but we are fortunate in finding our way to All Florida State Roofing. I have friends who are still waiting for callbacks.

  This company tarped our roof post hurricane Ian. The roof leaked job was not done properly tarp was not brought down over siding. They tried to use tar to compensate. They declined to admit their mistake. They were paid in full via cash app on the day of service. Texted us to confirm they received payment then a week later said we did not pay them. We sent them proof from our bank and from cash app and they proceeded to take us to small claims court. We sent again all proof and let them know we had texts messages from the company owner that she had received the money. It took the owner days to drop the lawsuit after many phone calls and threat that our counter suit would be costly as we were 1700 miles away. This company had no customer service skills, no financial management skills, the owner and staff were incompetent and rude. I have still not received my receipt. This company is untrustworthy and should not be doing the work they are doing
