      I return a brand new pair of shoes that were ordered as a gift and never worn or tried on as it was a gift for my son but he did not like the color .I looked up the return and it says you have 45 days which would have been 4/21/22 We shipped them out and have the post mark receipt that they were shipped out 4/18/22 .I called customer service and they said it was received on 4/22/22 which is one day past and they would not accept them .I explained to them I cannot control the postal service but I have the receipt showing it was sent out before the due date .I even spoke to a manger who really seem like I was inconveniencing his day and he just kept saying there's nothing we can do .This is horrible business as I've purchased a few times before from them and never returned anything and due to the post office I'm being punished and they won't make a acception being it's one day over and never even notified me .

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/05/25) */ ***Document Attached*** They return the shoes and said that there not returnable due to the previous thing I stated about the mail delivery but now they returned the shoe box damage which make them worthless and they tried to blame the shipping which the shipping box was not opened or damage .the company responded and said there's nothing else they can do .So not only will they not returned them they sent the product back now damage which was not in the first place

      I placed an online order on 3/31/22 at 7:45 am. On 3/31/22 at 7:54 am I received confirmation of this order, at 1:43 pm I received a confirmation and tracking number that my item was ready for shipping. According to Champs website, all orders ship out one business day later barring any unforeseen issues. I contacted Champs on Tuesday 4/5/22 after noticing that my tracking information still hadn't been updated. I was told I needed to wait up to 5 business days. I contacted UPS and they told me that the reason my tracking number hasn't been updated is because they haven't received my package. I contacted Champs once again, today 4/7/22 at 9 am and was told that I now needed to wait an additional 2 business days to hear about where my package was.

      I purchased sneakers at champs sports for 110$ and was charged twice for them. They manager made me swipe 2 different cards because he kept saying my card was being declined. I called PNC they confirmed my card was not being declined and that champs had charged me on both my debit card and credit card. I showed the proof to the manager and he agreed but then refused to give me my money back. I've called champs corporate office. They agreed that it was an error and told me they would refund me my money. They sent me a $35 gift card but never credited my account back the $110 I've tried to call them back several times and keep gettin the run around. I've also been back to the store and witnessed the same manager do this to someone else and believe he's pocketing the cash knowing that these charges are still going through on peoples cards. Please help

      I ordered shoes through app some how they where sent to a different address ,then what i used on the app. Checked tracking and address was no where near what i used . Called customer service to be told nothing they can do and will not refund me or reship me the shoes i ordered. I will be contacting my back to cancel the charges but this is very poor customer service and guy named Roberto claimed he was a supervisor and told me that i was out of luck .

      Order *********** Nov 21, 2021 Return of Jordan crew ******* Sent in on January 1/12/2022. I tried returning to store location on 1/8/2022 and was advised that I could not do this and had to send in the return. I packaged and dropped off the return to CVS to be sent out. I had sent the item out ahead of the expiration timeframe of 1/16/2022 so was expecting my refund for the item once processed but did not get this. I received the item back stated that I was outside of the return window. I feel that I was wronged by Champs as I did not have the full return window as stated since they are stating the item had to be received back by the 1/16/2022 date. I feel that this is wrongful to do to their customers and not at all a truthful return policy of 30 days. I am simply looking to get a refund for the shirt I am trying to return. I would like a new postage label, and a refund processed to my original form of payment since I did everything that was asked of me.

      I have called champs customer service multiple times and the last time on 1-20-22. I spoke with supervisor Conner (****) who lied and stated that the address was correct when it wasn't and he never even reached out to FedEx. The complete process of this investigation has been lie after lie on champs behalf and they have delayed the refund as well as refused to expedite it.

      On 12/11/2021, I order 2 pair of shoes for214.00 to be be delivered to my home. The business was to send me my items I ordered. I never received my items. I reached out to customer service and was told I would have to go back to the store to get refund because I ordered in store to have my shoes shipped. I advised that I would not be able to travel back to the store which is 1 hour away from me. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one was available. Yes, eventually I spoke with someone else who was able to issue a refund that I have not received. Order number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

      I purchased a hoodie on December 6th, 2021 from Champs Sports for $59.40. On December 10th, I got an email stating the package had been delivered by FedEx in my garage. I looked in my garage, front porch, around my house, in the mailbox, and in my neighbors' yard and the package was nowhere to be found. I have filed a claim with FedEx and Champs. FedEx closed the claim stating I had to contact Champs so that they would file a claim with FedEx and refund me my money. I got an email from Champs today stating they denied my claim. I have tried calling, emailing, and using the chat feature without any help. I've even gotten hung up on. Can someone please help me get a refund for my purchases that I never received?!
