Date of Transaction: 10/10/2021 Transaction Amount:$94.00 Order Number: *********** There seems to be an issue with my delivery. I contacted Champ Sports for assistance and Victor who was unable to provide any additional besides what is available on the FedEx site. I also spoke with Peter the team leader who provided the same information after allegedly contacting FedEx. The customer service was very poor and helpful. There have been 3 delivery exceptions on my package and no one can explain why it's happening. Champs Sports want me to contact to FedEx. I believe that's Champ Sports responsibility and not mine. I recently placed an order with champs on their website on 10-01-21, order# *********** tracking # ******************. I received my package earlier today on 10-05-21 so shipping was pretty quick and I thought great ordered them just in time for my family reunion, opened the box and seen that my timberlands look like they could have been a display or a return prior to arriving to me they have marks on them. These boots look very used. I contacted champs directly the customer service rep Andria I spoke too was very careless showed no sympathy as if its my fault I received a used product she told me to ship them back okay so ship them back and than what wait a week to be refunded and than can't wear my new boots to my family reunion which defeats the purpose of even ordering them in the 1st place no apologies no nothing very bad customer service. Is there anything that could be done for bad customer service and a used product?Initial Complaint

I ordered sneakers for my son 2 pair they only sent 1 I've talked to several people including supervisors and the issue is still not resolved I've been asking them to just refund my money but nothing has not been done I've been brushed off to different people and has been treated very rudely and unprofessional I need things resolved right away!!Initial Complaint

we purchased a pair of Air Force One shoes from Champs at the Park City Center in Lancaster, PA. Within days I returned the shoes in good condition with the receipt and in the original box. They were purchased on a credit card. The manager and the clerk would not refund my money back to my credit card, no reason, just that they have to give me a gift card. After a long drawn out conversation with them, I had to take the gift card hoping to use it in the future. Its been 8 months now and I can not use the card. My grandson does not wear the type of shoes that they carry. I was hoping that we could purchase something however, we were in the store again last evening and there was nothing of interest. Again, he does not wear those kinds of shoes, the only reason were purchased shoes there was because they carried the AIR FORCE ONE shoe. I spoke to someone last evening at the store and they said to call customer service. I spoke to David and again they will not refund my $90.00.Business response

Once the refund has been processed, we are unable to refund the purchase to any other payment method.
