    The windows were installed last year ******************************************** July. They put in the first couple of windows in September and then did not finish it until November after contacting them multiple times to finish the project. The project was 11 windows, 2 doors and one set of French doors. The contractor is responsible for reporting the completed work to the city so they can inspect and approve the windows. Its been almost 14th the and after multiple attempts to contact the contractor he has yet contacted the city. We attempted to contact the city ourselves but were *********** must be the contractor. It has been a very unprofessional experience since the moment we signed the contract. We are very dissatisfied with the customer care. We need them to please call the city to do the window inspection its been 14 months since installment and after multiple attempts to contact the contractor it has not been done. The contractors name is ***** and his phone number is ************ and ************.

    Paid contractor half of total project cost for materials and then more money once part of the job was done. grey siding was installed instead of green and there were random blue pieces installed that I made them replace but acquiesced to the grey. They buried ******************* behind my siding and have not been back to get them out after multiple calls they will not call me back. This is a fire hazard. Still have no front door and my lanai screens are falling out from the wind. They used the old spline instead of getting the correct sized new spline. Pieces of siding are falling out of the track at the top of the house. My surge protector for my A/C unit is still laying on the ground. No calls back from *****, who says hes the owner.

    I want to correct anything the homeowner need about the installation.

     

    We have pending 1 door to install, and we are waiting the response of the homeowner to approve a door, that should be 24 inches, because the opening is too small.


    So the installer decided to put the finish parts in the top of the siding the same day of the door, for that reason, we was waiting for the door, in order to do averyti=hing the same day.

     

    Anyuways, ************* texted me the sunday 7 of may asking me to go the same sunday to fix the siding, but the installer wasnt avalable for that day, so I did offer to go the next day mornin.

    The 8th of may I sent 2 installer there to finisht the top of the siding installation, and to pull 2 cables that was hiden under the siding in the house.

    And the installes had the order to fix everything tho homeowner needs.

    They wanst able to do anything because the homeowner didnt allow them to work.

     

    So we are ready to finish the installation, is true, we have been extremely busy helping people with no roof and no walls, or broken windows, because **********************, 

    but we always ready lo help our customers. 

    so we ready to come back and finish the installation in ************* house.

    I am rejecting this response because: contract was broken from day 1, wrong color siding brought to house. Installers poor quality work, we have had to fix all problems. Contract states 48 door, I will not accept anything smaller than what is already in the contract since I had to settle for grey siding  lanai screens still falling down because old spline was used so we had to fix that right away to put screens back up  we have taken many days off work because they say they are coming and never show up multiple times  we lose money from work  he is fired and we are not dealing with this company any longer

    We are ready to talk with the homeowner, and figure out the situation.

    We can go any day to take care of anything she needs.

    The only problem with the door, is that We can do a regular house door, but should be 24 inches wide, plus the frame will be 27 inches ( I told her We can do it) if she is agreg with that siempre.

    We have The little siding strips to hold the siding in the top. So We ready toi nstall it.

    I want to.apologize with her because we have been overwhelmed with work helping people with hurricane damage in their houses, what is the help we can do to the people affected for hurricane ***. Is a lot of people with not roof, with no walls (open walls  covered with tarps) and everyone going to raining season.

    So thanks for your help, and ready to finish this situation.

    In July 2022, I contacted some businesses to get estimates for windows for my patio room that has vinyl windows in it. I wanted regular windows put in. Two of my estimates were high and then ***** from Eco View windows and doors came to my mobile and gave me a much better offer. He stated that they would put a wall in and reinforce the wall where the vinyl windows are located. They would also put two doors that lock for security. He wrote up the contract and wanted a down payment of $6,200.00 dollars to order windows and would have the permit the following Monday. I waited 3 weeks and finally called to find out what was going on. ***** stated that The county would not approve the permit but he would take care of it. A few more weeks went by and I called again and was told he would check with his partner. A few more weeks I called again and was told they were working on the Plans for the room. Several weeks later, I called again and ***** said his partner would call me, which he never did. A few more weeks and I called and was told they had the windows and would get back to me. They never did, after 4 months I was upset and told ***** what in the world is going on. He stated his partner would call me that afternoon and he never did. I called again and ***** said he would check on it and if they couldn't do it he would give me my money back. I did text him back and said I wanted my money back and I have not heard anything and it is now 6 months later.
