On Oct 14, of 2023, I made a purchase from this company. Immediately after I received my order, I contacted the company and spoke to ***** regarding the seedlings which didnt look well. She told me to go ahead and plant them and see what happens. Immediately, one overnight failed and now both have, even though I did everything she told me to do, which was just a run around and waste of time. Since then, I have then contacted every week, sometimes more, always getting empty promises. I did everything she told me to do and sent pictures on several occasions. I know your email reaches my inbox because I have the order and advertisement emails, but just in case, I am sending from another email. The last I spoke with *****, she said to try her personal Gmail, which I did with my gmail. She confirmed she received it and again promised to take care of the issue. Again, no response, so I called and got another empty promise. Please refund my order at this point. I have been accommodating, and very patient, but we are beyond the ridiculous point now.Business response

We were happy to replace the customers plants that failed to thrive. As per our replacement policy the customer must pay for the shipping. We sent a PayPal request for the shipping on December 8th to the customer and never received the payment. The shipment was being held pending the payment. When the customer recently contacted us on the holiday weekend requesting a refund we issued it on the first working day after the holiday. We are saddened by the complaint to the BBB.
