I ordered one meal in my card was swiped for two meals for two different orders, and the young lady went to get a manager who advised I had not paid at all and they will not give me my order. The two charges show pending on my Cash app card per the merchant and advises. This is a restaurant hold. I ended up calling the Manager line for corporate. The representative ended up hanging up on me. She was very rude and begin to tell me about her personal bank statements and refused to help me and hung up. The charges are still there. they did not tell me that they will eventually drop off. They are only telling me if they end up charging me then I can come back to the store to resolve.
