    If I can give zero stars I would. These people are scammers they told me both my cars were 19 days past due which was inaccurate they towed both my cars I go there in person to resolve this manner. I had witnesses and proof that my payments weren't due until another week. They told me I had to pay the full amount of the car of 4,000 dollars I asked them why they were rude aggressive and was demanding money. My father asked what did I owe since he were saying I'm 19 days late he said I would have to pay 202 dollars my dad proceeded to pay only that they told my dad no he sold my contract..they are liers scammers rude etc. They need to be shut down

    I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul 6/25 it became inoperable the same day. Since then I have been charged a deposit and weekly fees for a vehicle that is not in my possession. Dealer guaranteed vehicle was in perfect running conditions with an on-site mechanic working on cars as they come in. Then after I broke down dealer stated that the car was reposed when that customer purchased the car they replaced the transmission, alternator among other things that needed to be replaced the dealer stated that these same issues need to be replaced once again and that it **** be covered under warranty, Dealership is refusing to return the vehicle to me without a logical explanation or place me in a different car dealer is attempting to rob me. I have contacted your staff many times without a positive resolution.
    THIS is a LEMON, a car that I do not feel safe driving with my baby in that car is a death trap!
    Once again please read reviews these reviews are real the others are themselves acting like customers.
    Please everyone there with a sad story is telling the truth any rebuttal or anything positive on their site is a lie DO NOT BE A VICTIM. I wish I would have seen the reviews oh and then they sell your account to a different company and your payments are much higher they repo on the day your due.
    This will not end here I will file every form I can find for this company the BBB has enough complaints for a massive lawsuit on this company

    ALERT!! ALERT!! ALERT!! STAY AWAY!!! SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!! We have to stop these people from scammers and taking people money and giving car for few months and take back they auto's and rope them out of garages and parking lot or front of there house and then we call then for 2 / 3 days no answer phone calls and never call back they say there to busy to speak right now. I have left messages and they never return back at all. They always have excuse and never have time to talk. They are SCAMMING PEOPLE OF TAGS,REGISTRATION,INSURANCE,when they already have this on the cars.I have wanted to speak in person to JUAN THE PASTOR and told me that he was too busy and i told him quietly were my car and he told me the way you can take your car if you gave me 8,400 for the car and walk away from and Jen front desk lady said here your things from you car.she was very busy too.THEY ROPE MY CAR FROM MY JOB THEY SCAMMER ME FROM MY MONEY. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! THEY HAVE BAD COMMUNICATION!!! LIAR AS NO WORDS FOR TRUTH!!! VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE NO RATING NO STAR FOR THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!! Auto Approval has to be stopped!!!!
