    This review is before the trip is taken--merely for Customer Service interaction. Reserving a trip, interacting with CS, paying have been top notch and met high expectations. Exoticca is a very reasonable, fair company and deals with customers on an individual basis. Their policies and interactions demonstrate that they want to engage customers for life. Will be going to Norway.

    Thank you Florence for helping me book our second Exoticca tour. You tried to contact me by phone and email as I had made a mistake on my email address which you caught. With your attention to detail, expertise and kindness, you were able to make this next adventure possibly. My brother and I went on our first tour last year and were very impressed with how we were taken care of so we decided to check off another bucket list destination this year. Exoticca tours are very reasonable which makes our travel dollars go further. We are very thankful that a reputable company like Exoticca exists.

    Thank you Matt for helping me booking my trip; I truly apperciated it. Matt was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. Also, provided me with additional concise and useful information. In addition, I had an excellent value in this package trip. I love Exoticca for their excellent service and packages.     Wil was excellent and helped me in booking my trip to *****, ****** and *****. I have used Exoticca before in my trip to ****** and I was quite happy so now I have booked another tour with them.Wil who helped me today was very patient and provided me with all the information I needed.
