  Do yourself a favor spray paint your car yourself before bringing it to the New Port Richey location. They have poor customer service and do not care about the customers. I made the mistake of bringing my truck to them for a paint job back in September of 2024. I dropped the truck off on a Saturday, and I received a call on Monday saying my truck was done. I thought that was a fast turnaround. I went to pick the truck up on Tuesday, and that's when the issues started. The first thing I noticed was that a piece of the door trim was missing. I spoke to the manager Ray, and he said that's weird. He asked what I wanted him to do about it. After going back and forth, he said "I'll order a trim piece and put it on." A week later he called and said the truck was ready. Upon going to pick it up there were spots on the truck missing paint and over spray on head lights, rims and over spray on the inside door panels and on my seats and steering wheel. After going round and round with them and them repainting  my truck 4 time and 2 months later, I finally got my truck back. It is still not painted right. There is a large spot on the roof of the truck that they still have not painted, and to top it off, they cracked my dashboard. The manager Ray said they'll order a dash piece and replace it. I have this in writing that he will replace the dash piece. I have been waiting for 3 months for this piece. So, on my last call to Ray, he states they are not going to replace the piece. So I requested the district manager to call me. Which as of this review, I have not gotten a call from him even after I left several messages for him to call me. I have called every Echo paint in my surrounding area requesting a call from the district manager but still have not gotten a call. The district manager doesn't care about customer service either.   Econo on ******* did a horrible paint job on my van. I asked for the ***ginal color and told them if they cant do the ***ginal color not to paint. He assured me that it would be the *** color red. I picked my van up, it was a dull burgundy. He stated that my color was discontinued. I looked to find out that was a lie. The paint was peeling a few weeks. I followed instructions by not washing it. He stated they could paint it over in a couple of weeks. I didnt take it back because I prefer the ***ginal color. Plus my headrest on the driver was broken, they stated that it was like that before. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

  I found econo online showing it had a special for $322 for basic repaint. Thats all I needed. I had a small small small dent right above my ***** sign that I had someone to fix it just like they replaced my bumper, fender and etc....******* went by econo, asked did they have a special and was told they could just do a basic repaint for ****** and that he would take care of the little bump...ok I hand my keys over in perfect condition and he took My car key off...all keys perfectly fine, not falling apart in pieces and I was told my car would be ready the next day...never got an answer about using the coupon for the discount....okay TODAY I get a call that it's ready and I get there...he made sure to get Mt money FIRST without mentioning or showing me THAT MY CAR *** IS COMPLETELY DAMAGED...BROKEN...IN PIECES...FROM THE *** TO THE *** IT WAS IN..I even stupidly asked did they drop it but ive dropped my keys 100s of times and it's never broke!!! He said maybe someone did but i can put some super glue on it and it'll have to dry for an HOUR!!!!UMMM I live in gray ***** yall broke my key im suppose to go back to gray and what come back in an hour????? I started getting ****** and left bc i kmrw he knew my key wasnt like that at all when i handed it to him!!! AND BEFORE I GOT IGNORANT like the workers i l3ft. i realized i now have tp replace my key with a locks *************** OF CARELESS, IGNORANT PEOPLE!!!!! THE *** IS THE SIMPLEST THING A CAR PLACE SHOULD KNOW JOT TO F UP!!! I literally have tp hpld it all together or it falls apart. So anyone rrading this, if u think your getting a deal then go somewhere else bc by the time they tear your key up and u pay for a key and locksmith u may as well pay professionals!!!..and they will yhrow the paint tape they used in your car so all u smell is paint...until u find the tape. As far as yhe paint job it jusy may start ******* with spots like this....mind u I CANT CRANK MY CAR UNLESS I HOLD AND SQUEEZE IT A CERTAIN WAY

  This place is as crooked as any bad business can b they don't sand professional there paint is the lowest quality of the bottom of the barrel there management is the lowest u can find in costumer service there a bunch of theives tell u one price n then upon delivery another I don't know how there in business there a bunch of back stabbing people looking for a quick buk especially the Longwood store I hope they shut down n never make a cent and management is left to work for the money n people they have taken advantage of

  Terrible job. Had to take it back to redo. Then it was still terrible. It was supposed to be painted the same stock red color. The first paint matched but the second paint was purple. I regret taking my car there. Wish I had my old car back

  Terrible experience. WO-******, date of service June 28 - July 10, 2023. I knew I was getting the cheapest paint job, but the damage to my car wasnt worth it. They cracked my windshield, didnt paint the mirrors, stained my arm rest, a lot of overspray, and it appears someone walked on the roof of the car. Several indentations are visible. They did not protect any windows before the sanding process. You can see on the windows where their sander contacted the windows. The manager must call his supervisor to authorize a windshield repair, but I dont have confidence. They tried to tell me it was cracked before they started to work on it. I had a picture of the car when I dropped it off. Make sure you have before pictures of your car. Do a detailed video to protect yourself. I will update this post if they do the right thing and repair the damages they made.

  They painted my cat and stole valuable items out ????and when I confronted them they didnt have any remorse or empathy not even a apology I worked hard for what I have its a shame that its people in the world who takes from others no regard for their situation I would never do business with them OR RECCOMEND?????

  Paint job inferior. After 11 months started to peel. Prorated warranty would only credit 1 month. Just like paying for whole new Paint job. Multiple visible sanding spots seen under the Paint. Would give 0 stars, but not an option. 12 month worthless warranty.?. Econo Paint. ***** N Florida Ave Tampa ** *****

  OMG where do I begin. 90% of all paint work is prep !! obviously this company has never heard of that. Overspray on everything. Absolutely no time put into prep. Painted my transmission cooler white, previously black. Overspray on almost every part of the car that wasn't a body panel. Even my tires were painted white. also painted my tailpipe white. All trim, moldings, running boards, Full of overspray. if you have an old police car that's two different colors you just want to get painted so you can make your bed car a little better but still look bad, maybe go here, but do not bring anything you cherish to the people !! first time I went to pick it up the two doors they did wear yellow, as I said my car is what. Left it to let them try again. Came back this time the paint was white but so was everything else on the car "overspray" this guy came out strutting his feather (o so proud) saying this is what we do, meaning this is how good we are. Of course, it was raining when I picked it up, so I was unable to see all the overspray. Unbelievable do not go to this company !! you've been warned.

  Worst experience with a auto paint/body shop ever!!!! If I had to do this over again, I would not let these guys paint a little red wagon for me. This all started on 7/1/22. Came to the shop and dropped off the truck and understood that being the Friday before the 4th holiday we wouldn't be able to get it back until later the following week. Ended up making 5 total trips to review the job and every single trip we had issues that had to be re-worked. Painted the plastic trim around doors, placed brand new emblems over old adhesive which made the emblems stick out, didn't remove adhesive where we had vent shades on top of the doors above the windows, orange peel finish, runs of paint on the corners, overspray on a brand new ranch hand bumper front and back. I purchased new emblems for every single decal on this truck, they lost the 4x4 stickers and the 1500HD emblems for the doors. We picked up the truck on 7/29 and Jesses was to replace the emblems that they lost. I followed up several times asking about the replacement emblems and stickers and all I got was the run around, Let me call my supplier, let me call my boss to see if I can order from Amazon, we have them ordered and they haven't came in yet. Here we are over 30 days later and I haven't heard from him. I went ahead and re-ordered both sets and installed them myself. Now I am out another $175 for decals that they lost on top of the $1050.00 paint job. Jesse is a con man and the whole operation at this location lacks the ability to pay attention to details. They don't do what they say and zero follow up when you call the check the status. Of the 5 trips we made (over an hour away) 3 trips we wasted time and with Diesel fuel at $5 per gallon I am probably out $150 in fuel. Not once did he call and provide any kind of update or any follow through. His shop personnel are not qualified to spray weeds much less paint. Everyone I came in contact with seemed to not really care about the quality of the work.
