    We hired Nick to do a tear out due to flood damage and he charged us almost double what he charged our neighbors. This was a tear out needed due to hurricane Helene and hurricane Milton was on its way. During the tear out Nick's crew cut wires and shoved them up into the drywall. We had no power in this area and another room. We hired an electrician who discovered this. The electrician said this have to had sparked and trip the breaker and it could have caused a fire. Also, the quote for rebuild was $7000.00 more than the contractor that we ended up going with. We confronted Nick to make this right and that did not go well.
