If I could rate this company, I would rate it at -100%. They are a total scam and unfortunately I fell for it twice. They are great to make all sorts of promises that your property would be sold in less than 90 days and that they are quite proficient in advertising your property. AN ABOLUTE LIE! I can't believe they are still in business. I would shout it out to the world to NEVER EVER get involved with this company. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS!Sunset Escape

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. They are a bunch of lying, deceiving scammers! Took advantage of my father's passing by promising a quick sale of his Hilton Timeshare. At first, constant contact, assuring me that they had a buyer. That communication quickly dwindled as soon as they receive an up front payment. Soon, you could not get them to respond at all. Multiple times I asked for proof of this so called, marketing they had promised, Again, with no response. I have reported Sunset Escape to the ********************************* for an investigation, I would suggest any one that has been scammed by this company to do the same.Sunset Escape

Client signed up for marketing and advertising and received their goods and services. Client hangs up, and does not respond to phone calls. Client understood at time of signing that they were paying for marketing and advertising. Client has been reached out to on multiple occasions and does not answer. Client has had continued marketing outside of their 90 day agreement at no additional charge. Client is more than welcome to reach out to us to have any issues they may have resolved. Client was emailed all marketing and advertising provided through email and mail.J. S.

I would be more than happy to share my string of e-mails to Sunset Escape that they NEVER responded to beginning in October of last year. . I also NEVER received one item of so called proof of marketing from them. Either in e-mail and certainly never through the mail. On the rare occasion I did get a call, or missed a call, I always called them back and 90% of the time ended up just leaving another message. I returned a call just today from someone named ****** and have had no response. They initially tell you they have a "buyer" and indicate it's a sure thing. They did not take the time to explain much of anything regarding the marketing scam. All of their answers to customer complaints have the exact same response. They did no wrong. I stick to what I originally said regarding this company.Review fromRio C

Sunset Escape is a complete SCAM. First I work with Female on May 15, 2024 and she said my timeshare will be sold in 90 days. I paid $3596 for this service. Timeshare was not sold and another Sunset Escape representative called me. It was Male and he will work with me in selling my timeshare with his 10 years in the business and he deals with selling timeshare with big businesses. He said, "Your timeshare will be sold in 3-4 weeks", all I need to do was to sign another 90 days contract. Well I did sign another contract in August 14, 2024 believing in his 10 years of experience. Another 90 days and the timeshare was not sold. He kept telling me that there are potential interest but that is easy to say to keep the seller hopeful. As of right now my timeshare has not been sold.Sunset Escape

SCAM!!! Company is definitely fraudulent/ scam. I was verbally promised selling my time share would be a piece of cake. So I signed on for advertising cost to sell my timeshare. Then after 90 days I was reached out by company again to sell within a different sector of there company. I was eager and under pressure to sell. But this time I cancel and filed suit before the 10 days. BUYER BEWARE. 90 DAYS IS ALL YOU HAVE TO CANCEL / DISPUTE A CREDIT CARD CHARGE. IF YOU DO SIGN UP CANCEL BEFORE THEN TO RETAIN YOUR MONEY. SCAM!!!Sunset Escape

*** ******.This is definitely a scam. I paid them $2,999.00, to help me sell my timeshare. The contract was for 90 days. However, they assured me they normally get me a buyer within 45 days. Nothing ever happened. Every time I called them they said they had some prospects they were working but, they needed more time. Well, it has been a year and they never called back. I am going to ask them to show proof of their advertising my timeshare. We'll see how that works. This company should be investigated by the ******Sunset Escape

I've been under contract for over a year. No promised sale. I had contacted Hilton to sell the timeshare and I thought this was their process to sell. BBB should know that when I was presented with information about this service, they showed 5 star ratings from the BBB, which is a falsehood. I did not know it was a marketing service. High pressure sales. Lack of communication from representatives and customer service once contract is signed. In order to keep contract viable I had to pay maintenance fees for another year. I am currently trying to get out of the contract and get my money back for marketing costs. They did send a paper stating "we, Sunset Escape, will continue to market your property at no extra cost if you have not accepted an offer in the time frame allotted." I could be dead by then. I signed up for their service under good faith. They did not respond in the same. I give them 0 stars, but have to make 1 star to leave my review.Sunset Escape

Definitely a scam. I received a phone call saying that I was on a holding list to get rid of my timeshare and that my time had come up, which was why I received a phone call. I explain the reason that I wanted to get out of the timeshare due to a divorce, and I was initially told that I would have to remove my ex spouse name from the deed. I told them I had already spoken to the timeshare *** about the name change process. I was told that if I was the only one making the payment, they could do it within a few minutes and proceeded to ask for my credit card information. I told them that I was at work and if they could email me all the information that they needed in reference to the conversation and resale program, they disconnected the phone call. Not to add I only owe around $4000 but it was told that it could be sold for $19,000.Sunset Escape
