    I placed an order on October 25 and received items that were very cheap that I did not order. I was told that my items would ship the next week and after following up never received the items that I ordered. When I requested a refund, they told me it would take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post to my credit card. It has been seven business days now and I still have not received a refund or a response. I have no choice but to report the transaction as fraud.

    Description On 11/13/2024 I made a purchase from this company and delivery was stated to be Nov 14 to Nov 19 2024. I have not received anything. Today is 11/20/2024.On 11/19/2024 I pulled up to the pump to fill up my car and my card was declined. So I looked at my account and within a hours time this company drained all of my bank account. 7 repeated unauthorized fraudulent transactions totaling $1283.24. plus my order amount of $45.41 totals $1283.65. I have reported them to every agency I can think of including the *** and ************************ both in ******* where they are "located" and in ********** where I live. I'm not able to operate my mobile business until I get my money back do to this. The debit card used was my business account. They have completely shut me down

    I ordered a ***** ******** on August 3rd. It was supposed to be delivered between the 6th and the 7th of August. When I got my order it was a vibrating extension. I contacted them about receiving the wrong order I proved that they sent me the wrong order they told me that the doll that I ordered is now on backorder because it's out of stock. And they weren't sure when they'd have the new products in I decided to wait. I was told two weeks multiple times I was told a month and then 2 months the last date that they gave me before they completely stopped talking to me was October 28th. When that day came I messaged them asking if my order was going to be shipped out soon. I got an email that told me that they would get back to me in 1 to 3 days and then nothing.

    I ordered from this company on September 27th I got a order in the mail and it was the wrong item I contacted the company to let them know about the mistake they told me to keep the little item and they will send my products to me as soon as they come in I have contacted this company numerous of times done call them they said they was going to give me my products I still haven't heard nothing from them in almost 3 weeks I just want my money back

    I placed an order online for $19.17, it was placed on the 9th of October, supposedly it was gonna arrive between the 12Th and 17th of October , it is now the 23, the thing that im tripping about is that the supposed order number is GOVIS ..but there's no way to track it , I've made several email attempts , and they never answered the phone

    On October 24 the status of my order changed to now refunded , they state in there refund policy "of the refund dose not arrive in 3 days contact them, again the issue here is communication, they don't reply to my email, I've made several attempts, they don't answer the phone. I simply want to know the status of my refrund , it's been 7 days .

    I placed an order with ************************ on October 10. I received an email stating that my package would be delivered between October 13 and October 19. I did get a confirmation email, but NEVER got an email with a tracking number. I have sent several emails to them and have not gotten a response, and I have called them multiple times, only for the phone to disconnect. They don't seem to be too worried about their customers.

    Date of transaction was Oct 2nd 2024. I paid a total of $38.48. unfortunately they sent me someone else's order bc I got a completely different item. I emailed them and was told to send my order number email etc..so I did but I haven't gotten any reply. When I call I get disconnected. I've sent a few more emails w no response.
