Called this company on 8/15/22. To speak to them about . They drilled a well behind my house for a new build and since they did my water has smelled so bad and I can't clear it up . Called them and spoke to ***** the manager and she laughed at my problems and concerns. And told me that I would have to wait it out and too bad that their drilling messed ** my well . I have never been laughed at by a professional when trying to solve a problem . They have gotten so big I guess they don't care about the problems they cause the residents of ********** . I can no longer drink water and if I turn on my water it smells my house up bad . My husband is retired law enforcement and is now going through congestive heart failure and I can't cook him the food because of the smell . They just don't care how they mess with family and the harm they cause

    RE: Case #********: *****************************

    Response from H20 Systems, Inc.

On 8/15/22 **************** called our office and accused H20 of causing her water to smell due to drilling
the well on the new construction property behind hers.

Complaint states the drilling of a well behind her caused smelly water. Drilling does not cause the
    water to smelL

Complaint states Service Manager laughed at her problem, said she would have to "wait it out and too
bad their drilling messed up her well". **************** began yelling at Service Manager who attempted
to defuse the situation and explain the drilling process. She certainly never laughed at *************** or
any customerfor any reason. The conversation became so irrational and rude that service could not
be set up to try andfind out why her watersmells.

Complaint states H2O Systems doesn't care about the residents of **********. H20 Systems has been
In businessfor 50 years and always attempt to go above and beyond to resolve issues that *** have
caused by the drilling process. We appreciate ALL our law enforcement officers and service many of
them. We can understand the stress **************** is under at this time and we are sorry ****************
believes **** caused her water to smell, but we are positive that our drilling is not the cause.
