In July 2024 I purchased 5 tickets for a concert from ************************** for a concert in August 2024. Later we were notified the concert was cancelled. When we contacted TicketCenter for a refund, they stated they only refund the tickets when the event has been canceled. This event has been "postponed". To date, this event has not been rescheduled, but has not been "Cancelled". They continue to insist they are not able to refund the purchase. I would like to request my tickets purchased be refunded.Initial Complaint

I just found out my 15 year old daughter ordered a ticket to a ***** ***** concert on July 21, 2025 ************** Areana. The problem is we will be in the ******* celebrating her 16th Birthday that was going to be a surprise. I called Ticket Events asking for a refund and it was denied. When I called Erie Events they show the ticket was not sold as of yet. I don't see any reason why a refund can't be issued.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase for concert tickets by searching on ****** for Ticketmaster. I didn't think it was unusual when a page that looked like Ticketmaster popped up near the top of the search options. I found the concert I wanted to attend and started looking at tickets and prices. The webpage for TicketCenter uses techniques that pressure the buyer to quickly find and make a purchase by incorporating a stopwatch and counting down from a timer. They also disguise their page to make their website look like the webpage for Ticketmaster, further misleading buyers and customers. When speaking with a live agent, they attempted to persuade me against filing a report and offered to resell the tickets instead of offering a refund, which they claimed was not possible for them to do. I am making a complaint about their business practices to deceive buyers and dissuade them from seeking a refund.Initial Complaint

Tickets Center said they had processed my order for tickets in April 2025. When I called them, they were not able to provide any assistance or refund despite being unable to confirm that they actually have the ticket. When I asked when I would receive my tickets, they said they couldnt confirm. I asked if the seller didnt actually get the tickets they said they wouldnt give me a refund. They then said that the order had processed but then turned around and said it was processing. They then changed their story again and said I would have to get a refund from the seller and not through them. All around very scammy.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 tickets for a ****** ******* concert on Sept. 25, 2024 at 7:30 pm. I received an e-mail directing me to pick up the tickets at the Will **** window on the evening of the concert. The tickets were not there. I called Ticket-Center which told me they could not help me and told me to call the original seller. The original seller did not answer the phone and only responded to my message via text telling me that the tickets should be there. After returning home, I saw that Ticket-Center had sent me an e-mail at 7:49 pm, 19 minutes after the performance began, with a link to the tickets. I called Ticket-Center yesterday and was told I would have to wait 3-5 days for a resolution. I told the *** I was not asking for a "resolution" but for a full refund since Ticket-Center failed to honor its 100% guarantee that tickets will be delivered prior to the performance.Initial Complaint

On July 23, 2024 I bought 4 tickets for Cincinnati Baseball. Game to be played in **********, ** on Aug 2 2024. The tickets I purchased were for 4 DUGOUT Tickets. Section 130 Row 1. I paid $1004.77 for the 4 tickets. I received the confirmation that I bought the 4 DUGOUT tickets. But I received 4 tickets in Section 130 (Not Dugout) Row G. I would not have paid $1004.77 for the 4 seats that I was sent. This clearly is ************* as well as Fraud. I have sent the seller 2 emails with no response. I have spoke with Ticket Center via Chat and by Phone. Both times they said they would not give a refund but yet they have my money and have not sent it to the seller. BEWARE.Initial Complaint

On or about 01/29/2024, I purchased tickets to the ************* concert in ************, ******* for 05/06/24 concert. I thought I was on the Florida Theater website but had been inadvertently taken to the Ticket Center website. The price seemed a bit high-included a service fee of $250. per ticket but we had never been to that venue before and the seat were good. As an after thought I went back later and this time was definitely on the FL Theater website and found that the MOST expensive ticket was $99.50. I tired to contact Ticket Center but got no where. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but they denied it because TC responded back that they have a NO REFUND policy. The credit card company gave me until 4/15/24 to respond if I did not agree; I did not respond and the deadline passed. I figured we were screwed so we would use the tickets and travel to **. We had not received the email with the tickets until about the time 5/30/24. When I printed the tickets it very clearly stated it is again FL law to resell the tickets fir more that $1.00 over the original price, I contacted FL theater to let them know what had happened. I also contacted Ticket Center AGAIN and let them know what they had done was illegal-no response. When we got to the theater we were told our tickets we not valid. I tried going back to my credit card company but was just informed that since I had not responded by 4/15/24-their case was closed an would not be reopened.Initial Complaint
