    If 0 stars was possible, that would be the rating. The complex I reside at, has switched managers and staff multiple times; yet the issues remain. My dishwasher and fridge have been leaking since I moved in, late January (among many other maintenanceissues). This was brought to the maintenance mans attention. He temporarily fixed it while "the pieces came in to permanently fix it". A week later it's leaking again and no updates on when the piece will be in. Turns out he was fired. So I brought the issues up to the office manager and staff as well as to the new maintenance people. Someone came and worked on the dishwasher. He said it was to be replaced, and that he'd be back when they had one available. He also said the office was updating appliances on all apartments, so the fridge could be changed out as well since it was still leaking. He never came back and turns out he was also fired. The office manager was also changed out and now I had to re-address the broken appliances for a third time to new people. The new maintenence man defrosted our fridge and turned the settings down, considering this the problem. He stated that work done on the garbage disposal at an earlier time was the reason the dishwasher was flooding and leaking. He "fixed" it and said he would be back for the other maintenance things that needed to be addressed. Less than 1 week later both the fridge and dishwasher were leaking again and no one has come out again. After calling the office multiple times (as they are frequently closed) and submitting service requests thru the new portal, I am convinced the office has no one in upper management keeping them accountable. The complex has raised rent on tenants and even updated the model apartments appliances, while we are stuck with leaking/ broken ones. The gym has also been closed for "renovation" for MONTHS. The complex is extremely poorly managed and the company needs to do something about it. This is ridiculous.

    Now, it is November 7th. I have submitted 2 more maintenance requests and called an additional 3 times. Still no contact from the office, still no resolutions.

    If I could rate this place a zero I would!! The property manager for *********** has not been helpful. I have been calling trying to o reach someone and nobody has answered me. My AC has not been working for months and when o asked about my rent increase I haven't gotten anywhere. I've asked to speak to other managers, sent emails and no one had gotten back to me!! Please do not let your complex be manage by them. Since they came on board our complex has gone down.

    Vesteco set up a new portal to pay the rent. I didn't have the money in my account until 7/2/22. The portal didn't work. I tried many many times. So I texted the property manager phone not thinking it was in use on Sat. The woman in possession of the phone said she didn't like my attitude so she was not taking time away from her holiday weekend with her daughter to get on her laptop and fix the problem, which was they had not loaded the tenants into the new portal. She then proceeded to blame me for not trying to access it 2 weeks early and said I have to wait until 7/5 when she gets back. I told her I am not paying late fee for her mistake. Today was 7/5 I had work all day and she didn't fix the problem nor did she respond when an inquiry was made to follow up. Let this be documentation that I will pay no late fee.

    Thank you very much. It really bothered me to be told it was my fault for not setting up the portal before the holiday weekend. I explained I work 2 jobs and time is scarce. The manager finally communicated with my boyfriend that I should have put my middle initial in when registering for the portal. Nowhere does it ask for that nor is it in the instructions. On Tues my boyfriend got a phone call from property manager saying the owner demands I remove this review or I will be evicted. We were upset and then BBB just told me I can't be evicted for a review. I think this manager made it personal when I just wanted to pay the rent. If I don't deal with her anymore I'm sure I will be happy with vesteco

    Where to start. This company has a lack of empathy for tenants. I've been living in ************** for about 2 + years and been through owner changes this company who has taken over is by far the worst. They cannot even up keep the maintenance around here. I fell behind on my rent due to Covid and loss of my job while pregnant also with an older daughter who has epilepsy. Once I fell behind I automatically searched for assistance to ensure the complex would get paid. I was granted funds to pay rent by the county and they still turned around and filed eviction on me being 8 months pregnant. They then sent a man to my house in the middle of night banging on my door to give me papers. My older daughter who has seizures was terrified for our safety began to cry which could've triggered a seizure. The man was so loud all my neighbors came out to see what was happening and thank god because they all wanted to protect me giving the fact that I'm pregnant and was home alone with my daughter. Not to mention I almost ended up in the hospital that night because I started having contractions. I understand as an owner there are certain protocols that are set but I am disappointed that they put our lives in harms way and are being nasty about it. This stress is not healthy on my unborn. And it is not like I was not trying to do my part as tenant and make sure I get them their rent payment. I cannot speed up the process with the county but I do have confirmation that payment is on the way. Abraham ****** is a nasty person he lacks empathy and the little girl they have working in the front is Is unknowledgeable and rude. I have no faith in ************** anymore and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your coins folks and seek a place that is under good management and that cares.
