      My experience with Orlando RV started when I purchased a new Jayco Redhawk 26M in the summer of 2021. I wanted to add that my experience with Jayco customer service has been no better than dealing with Orlando RV. I would give Orlando RV Superstore (name recently changed to **** ******* **) less than one star if possible. The entire staff treat you like royalty during the sales pitch process however before the ink is even dry on the contract, you are totally forgotten about and treated like dirt. They are liars and scammers who use deceitful and misleading sales tactics to pressure you into making the purchase. The service department is the worse I have ever dealt with in over 50 years in any industry. I have too many horror stories and complaints to list here with the limited number of characters allowed. All I can say is buyer be ware, don't be fooled by their lies or sales pitch. Do your homework and shop around. There must be reputable RV businesses out there who understand truth, honesty, loyalty and after-sales service.

      On March 22, 2023, I was in search of an RV that would fit my family’s needs. I went to Orlando’s RV on *** ** *** Casselberry, FL 32707 and purchased the 2023 Forest River Aurora 32BDS. I worked with Eddie Vasquez in financing to by the RV for $42,000 and he told me that for repairs and maintenance to be done at my home that I would need to purchase an extended warranty for $3,000 in order to have all repairs and manufacture defect fixed at my home. Otherwise, I would need to bring the RV to the facility without the extended warranty. At that point I explain to Eddie that the RV would be stationed in my backyard and once it’s there, it would not be able to be moved out. Eddie then reassured me that the extended warranty would start immediately and is what I need to buy in addition to the sales price and dealer charges. After having the RV for three weeks, the awning lights stopped working, water leaking from behind the walls in the RV, water damage underneath the cabinetry, the walls, and flooring damage that is lifting and possible mold. I called the service department to make them aware of this issue and they refused to come out to fix it. I then spoke to the general manager, Cindi. Since that incident, nothing has been resolved yet and I caution anyone wanting to buy an RV at this location and their promised service that never happen. If anything should be resolved, I will post a follow up review. I am an extremely unhappy customer waiting for Orlando RV and Aurora Forest River Manufacturer to stand behind their quality and warranty.

      The extended warranty is an extension of manufacturer warranty.  This means it does not come in to affect until after the manufacturer warranty expires. Then with this purchase of extended warranty the warranty will be extended. 

      With the purchase of extended warranty is a contract that outlines the contract details.  We also have customers sign a form that states all service work needs to be completed at the dealership.  We do not provide onsite service.

      I was sorry to hear about the confusion and explained the coverage to the customer.  We could not get to his location to help him as quickly as was expected.  This resulted in the customer getting more upset.  I offered to cover the repair.  The customer should get reimbursement soon.

      The awning lights we ordered and are taking an extended amount of time to receive.  As a show of good will I will send someone to him to install.

      In addition to the above I gave the customer my personal cell phone incase he needs additional help.

      We certainly try to help our customers and support them as much as we can.  Hopefully after the issues are resolved the customer will agree.

      Coming and touring RVs was a good experience at first. Then when our salesman shaun told us they had another RV coming in in 11 days or sooner if we wanted to put a fully refundable no obligation $1000 down to hold it to be the first ones to view we thought okay not long to wait for it why not. Then we call after the 11 day mark because he never kept us in the loop and told the woman on the phone who we were and since shaun and the RV were not in we would just like our deposit back she said okay and that she wrote our info down and would take care of it. A week passed and still didn't see a refund so called again ask to speak to a manager because again shaun and the RV wasn't there and the woman on the phone said there was no refund even processed. They said they were busy and said a manager would get back to us that day. They never did so we called again the next day and when we told the woman that this is not okay we want to talk to someone now, she put us on hold and was actually trying and said the main manager could refund our money right away but it would have to be tomorrow. At this point she called shaun directly and he called us from his cell phone. We finally asked the questions like where the RV is and he tells us that it is a trade in RV and that apparently they don't know if and when they will be getting it in. So they illegally used deceptive trade practices to get us to put money down on an RV that they don't even own!!! How can they promise an RV to a customer and take their money and tell them a timeline for something that they don't actually own or know a timeline on. Definitely avoid this place they lie to get money from you. Luckily we put it on a credit card and have them dealing with them from here on out since we still haven't had a manager or anyone call us since and it has been a month and a half since.

      I am sorry for the delay in the arrival time of the RV. Customer's will change demo dates for many reasons.

      Your deposit is always 100% refundable when left on an incoming trade. We are careful to explain and customer initial a statement that advices "All store refunds can take up to 30 days for refunds from sales, service, and parts." But I am very sorry about the delay in the refund.

      Terrible service. Service manager will lie to your face. I've been trying to get a refund for a misdiagnosed slide issue. Service manager said they would credit back my credit card has not happened: I have talked to her several times and all I get is promises. Stay away from this dealership at all costs. They do not deserve even 1 star

      We did refund it. The first time it did not go through. But we tried again and told the customer to let us know if it did not go through. Customer never called to say that it did not go through. We are looking in to this now and will call the customer.

      Dealership called me today, said they would issue me a check. We will see if that happens. She asked why I did not contact them. I've asked several times and pretty much wrote off getting the reimbursement. I'm not going to beg for a refund.

      Will follow up and see if they issue the check in the next couple of weeks.

      horrible customer service hand delivered 5 warranty cancellations forms to rv one orlando on Nov 42021.told it takes about 12 weeks.followed up in feb and was told to email the forms to javier c on feb 24 2022. and he would give to Shandy-well today in may 24 2022 with no response.i have left multiple messages to no avail i am ready to offer to come out of retirement to train the staff on service ,accountability,follow up and tranparency they need some serious help

      I have not been contacted since filing a complaint. A piece of ceiling trim sent to my home and left I'm my drive. Nothing said about installing it. A refund was never made to me for trailer hitch work that was not needed that amounted to approximately $1000. Also RV will not fit in my storage garage after being assured by salesman it was correct size. Unit is 2ft too long. I guess legal action is my next step

      We are very sorry that the customer is unhappy and will do what we can to help resolve the issues. Below is my attempt to answer his questions. However, I am available any time if the customer would like to speak with me.
      Trim was delivered on May 25. The service manager called May 27 to arrange installation we have not received a phone call back. The check request has been submitted to our accounting. I will follow up when the check will be mailed. I am not sure how to answer the question about the length. This is not something we as a dealer can control.
