  The date was October 4th - 9th for family vacation. Total paid for trip was $1,771.95, and was refunded $508. Arrived OCT - 4TH 8:30P the kitchen was filthy, no curtain to pool sliding door, giving a complete view of inside of home. Emailed host, said it would be fixed. Then the fridge started leaking water, informed host Mary of this issue as well. Then we tried to go to market but couldn't, because door jammed and would not open. Reached out to host who told me to call 24/7 Maint. Had to wait 40 mins for them to come open door and let us out. They took a part off and said they'd return the next day to fix it. OCT 5TH DISNEY PARK DAY for family, unable to lock house door from outside, so my aunt had to stay back to watch our belongings since door wouldn't lock. Called host because it was after 2pm I was at park and no one came out to fix anything yet. Around 2:30pm Maint. came replaced entire lock, 10 mins later cleaning lady came to clean kitchen, refrigerator guy came at same time, said fridge was broke hose had holes in it and no seal at all so the water was going to run out and to Keep towel on floor to catch water, said it should be cold enough to store our food until checkout day. OCT 6TH - New lock would NOT lock door from outside again while family was going to breakfast. Maintenance came that evening replaced lock AGAIN with ANOTHER new lock. OCT 7TH Man came to hang curtain on door, but there was no curtain there, (House listing had curtains on door) took pictures of door, said they would return. Man came back OCT 8TH afternoon, hung curtain. OCT 9TH checkout day. I asked for pool heat OCT 5TH at 9am. Was told it takes days to heat up, & it's $40 a day and 4 night min. I saw pool guy & asked him, he said it takes 24 hours to heat, told host and was told they wouldn't be able to heat up. My entire family trip was ruined! I did more talking to host and maintenance then I did enjoying trip. Everyday someone was at house, awful! I was treated unfairly!
